Spring Tide is a freshly decorated and refurbished detached two-storey home located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Rhosneigr village, just a short walk from the beach. The spacious, light, and modern home features an open-plan living-dining-kitchen area. The living room is furnished with plenty of lounging space, perfect for cosy family nights with a Smart TV. The brand-new kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances, including a Magimix coffee machine. A dining table seats eight, ideal for family meals or summer garden picnics. A large utility room with a washing machine offers space to hang wet suits or raincoats. On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom (dubbed the ‘blue room') with a TV and USB sockets, perfect for children and teenagers. A king-size bedroom (the ‘green room') with USB sockets too, completing the accommodation on the lower level is a downstairs toilet and sink.
Upstairs the first-floor hallway splits left and right, to the left is a twin bedroom and to the right is the master bedroom with a super-king-size bed and sea view. Upstairs also features a shared family bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, toilet, sink and heated towel rail.
Spring Tide boasts an ample sized lawned garden that wraps around the house, providing a great space for kids and pets to play. There is parking for two cars on the driveway.
