9 Harefield Cottages is a lovely mid-terrace three-storey cottage resting in Lympstone, Devon. Hosting three bedrooms, including a king-size, a bunk room and a second-floor twin, this property can sleep up to six guests. There is also a bathroom, a first-floor cloakroom and a cloakroom with washing machine, along with a kitchen, dining room, and sitting room with a gas flame-effect fire. Outside there is an enclosed patio garden with seating overlooking the estuary. 9 Harefield Cottages makes a wonderful escape to Devon for a family of six. Pets welcome, additional charge of £25 for 2nd pet.
Amenities: Gas central heating with electric flame-effect fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. High chair available. Enclosed patio garden with seating. Pets welcome, additional charge for 2nd pet of £25. Sorry no smoking. Parking is not available at the property, however there are some free parking spaces at the train station just a minutes walk away, and the main village car park is within few minutes walk. Shop and pub 0.1 mile. Note:The 2nd staircase to the attic is reasonably steep, please see pictures. Please note: this property only accepts Friday changeovers, if you would like a different changeover day please contact us to see if we can arrange this.

The village boasts a good number of pubs, shops and restaurants, alongside a local landmark of Peter's Tower, a riverfront brick clock tower enjoying a lovely outlook over the water. The coast isn't too far, around 5 miles down to the Blue Flag award winning Sandy Bay Beach, whilst adventures along the River Exe can be enjoyed with bike rides along the Exeter to Exmouth cycle route, with walks in the nearby East Devon AONB.
