Von unserem Meer Pool und Grill Terrasse Bereich können Sie praktisch berühren den Strand - sauber, sandig, unbewohnt, und Stretching für Meilen in beide Richtungen. Wie weit ist es bis zum Strand? Can't Beat Kihei Sands!

It is a perfectly maintained condominium complex with absolutely beautiful gardens and each unit is furnished with all any one or group would need for a spectacular vacation. Located right on the Sugar Beach (we walked 17 steps to the beach from our unit A9!). Best management personnel you can find who care about the development and you as their special guest. We have been coming to Kihei Sands for over 40 years now and it continues to amaze us.

Perfect enclave on Sugar Beach

This was our second time at Kihei Sands, and this time we were in Bente and Melvin's absolutely perfect condo A9. The condo was adorable and comfortable, and the oceanfront patio was breathtaking. 10 steps to the beach. Such beauty. We also experienced great service. We had the time of our lives! I highly recommend Kihei Sands, and we will definitely return when we can get back to Maui!

Very clean property and well maintained pool on site was very clean. Management on site Connie was so very helpful to us and answered ALL of our questions and they are on site most of the day even give you their personal phone numbers if there is an emergency after hours so that was a great feeling to have someone always there to help! Our most fun moment would have to be the Calypso snorkel tour it was amazing and if you go you have to do it! Lava Rock was our favorite restaurant we ate there 3 times and it's only 10 mins away from the condo- best food and atmosphere ever! I highly recommend this condo recently updated and very clean!

Another Great Stay at Kihei Sands

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Kihei Sands is a very comfortable condo right next to the ocean. It is clean, nicely decorated & recently remodeled, furniture looks new. I am a second generation guest. I was there with my parents in 1999, and back again about 15 years ago. My recent stay in June of 2024 was very enjoyable. My husband and I did the road to Hana, a sunset dinner cruise and went to Nakalele Blowhole, north of Kihei. We also did some shopping at nearby markets. We loved having a first floor unit with a view of the ocean. We spent a lot of time on our patio enjoying the nice weather and sound of the ocean. Love that there was plenty of tables and lounges for people to enjoy, plus boogie boards, kids sand toys, books, BBQ's and various other items to use while there. The staff were very friendly.

The small community and beach access are our two main appeals to this property. It was 15 steps from our patio until my toes hit the sand!! Win win!! On the down side, this until was newly remodeled.... Poorly done, couch already stained, and what bothered us the most was the lack of upkeep. The unit was not cleaned, I had to clean it myself before I was able to enjoy. The comforter was filthy, we needed up only using a blanket on the bed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd time to Maui & staying at Kihei Sands and our 2nd time in this condo. We love sitting on the lanai watching the waves crash and the beach is just steps away. The condo is clean and well stocked. The King size bed is very comfortable and you can see the beach from the bedroom window. Its lovely to open the window and listen to the waves crashing. The property is clean and well maintained. It is wonderful to have management on-site. They are so helpful & personable. The pool is what I enjoy most and you are right on the beach so its the best of both worlds. The pool is clean, well taken care of and rarely busy. There are community floaties to use or you can also purchase at the ABC store down the street and they will fill them for you for an extra $1. Its a short walk down sugar beach to the ABC store, small farmers market, Kihei bakery & my favorite...Ululani's shave ice. I highly recommend any condo at Kihei Sands....you just can't go wrong. It's worth every penny!

Paradise Vacation

A Perfect Respite

Reviewer Comments: This was our firt time back to Kihei Sands since the pandemic kept us away. We couldn't have been more pleased with everything about our stay this year. The unit is absolutely beautiful with all new furniture, flooring, painting, you name it. When we opened the door to the unit, it was so impressive we thought we were in the wrong unit! We have been coming to Kihei Sands now for nearly 40 years and will be coming back again and again as long as we can. Connie, Patrick, Lisa and all the team there are outstanding. The only issue we had was with the new Roku TV and no instructions. Thanks to the owners and everyone on site for all you continue to do to make sure our stays are perfect.

Great ocean front unit!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Kihei Sands for almost 30 years. This was the first time in a first floor unit. Loved the big lanai, and was perfect for my 89 year old mom who needed first floor access. The unit was nice, although a bit understocked. We’ve stayed in other units that had more amenities, like coffee filters, towel clips, etc. Minor things, tbh, but providing coffee and a coffee maker with no filters was frustrating. Fortunately had the lovely coffee on the patio every morning. We love Kihei Sands and will always stay here when traveling to Maui. This was a lovely unit and can’t be beat for beach, patio and pool access.

Aloha and Mahalo for staying with us here at Kihei Sands. We are glad that you able to enjoy one of our first floor units. All of our units are privately owned therefore each unit may or may not have the same or similar amenities as the others. As for coffee filters, cooking seasonings, zip lock baggies, foil, etc., are not amenities particularly supplied or stocked in the units, however sometimes a previous guest may have purchased these so housekeeping will just leave them in the unit for the next guest. We do provide a starter kit of other items such as paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap etc. Once the starter kit is depleted, guests have to purchase their own which is one of the differences in renting a private condo vs renting a hotel room. The morning coffee on the patio the we provide is a great way to start the day. Return guests like you folks become Ohana! We look forward to seeing you again soon! Much aloha!
