This cosy 30 m² studio offers a stylish and comfortable retreat in a fantastic location, just moments from popular attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide selection of restaurants serving a variety of cuisines.

The thoughtfully designed open-plan layout combines the living, dining, sleeping, and kitchen areas into one inviting space. Relax in the comfortable double bed, complete with fresh hotel-quality linens, unwind on the sofa while watching your favourite shows on the flat-screen TV, or enjoy meals together at the dining table.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, including an electric hob, a coffee machine, and all the essential cookware and utensils.

The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Please note that the shower enclosure is compact due to the building's original layout. While it is smaller than standard, it is fully functional and designed to provide a comfortable showering experience.

The studio is professionally cleaned before every stay to ensure a spotless and welcoming environment.

Upscale Boavista is a largely residential district, home to cultural venues like the striking, contemporary Casa da Música, with eclectic performances, and the Fundação Serralves, a cutting-edge art museum and villa in lush wooded gardens. The area also has high-end shops, trendy cafes and unpretentious eateries serving Porto’s classic francesinha, a meat sandwich with melted cheese and tomato sauce.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
