“Corte del Mare” is a seafront holiday home located in the stunning setting of Marina di Novaglie, a small village on the Adriatic coast, approximately 10 km from Santa Maria di Leuca.

It offers a breathtaking sea view, truly captivating and perfect for unforgettable moments. The house also features a private garden and a terrace facing the sea—ideal spots to enjoy relaxing moments outdoors.
The house’s style and design maintain the traditional Salento charm, with characteristic star-vaulted ceilings and Mediterranean colors that define the area.

THE PRIVILEGED LOCATION

Marina di Novaglie is a charming town on the Adriatic coast, located at the tip of Capo di Leuca. It is characterized by rocky shores that are easily accessible to everyone.
Thanks to the house's privileged position, you can reach the sea in an instant. Just a few steps are enough to access the beach (either free or equipped) and immerse yourself in the stunning colors of Novaglie’s clear waters. For snorkeling enthusiasts, it's a lucky spot to dive into the crystal-clear waters and discover a hidden world filled with colorful fish and mysterious caves—vibrant colors that the Salento sea offers to its visitors.
Moreover, in just a few minutes by car, you can reach the Ionian coast and other picturesque locations, such as Ponte del Ciolo (4 km), Santa Maria di Leuca (10 km), Castro (20 km), or the sandy beaches of the Maldives of Salento (18 km).

THE HOUSE

The house is approximately 80 m² in size and can accommodate up to 5 guests.
It consists of 2 spacious bedrooms: one with a double bed (and an extra cot available) and one with 2 single beds. There are also 2 bathrooms (one with a shower), a fully equipped kitchenette with crockery, pots, and all the essential cooking accessories.
Additionally, the kitchenette features an internal fireplace (non-functional) and a washing machine.

THE OUTDOOR AREA

Corte del Mare boasts large outdoor spaces. At the entrance, a spacious terrace facing the sea commands a breathtaking view. It is furnished with a table and chairs, offering an enchanting and privileged sea view thanks to its exclusive location.
It feels like having a front-row seat to the stunning scenery of the Marina di Novaglie bay.
At the rear of the house, there is a private garden and a furnished courtyard, an ideal space for organizing outdoor barbecues or relaxing in harmony with nature. The courtyard is equipped with a table, chairs, 2 deckchairs, and an umbrella, as well as a wood-burning barbecue and an outdoor shower (with room temperature water).
While the house does not offer private parking, free street parking is available nearby.
