Located on the brow of a hill in Uzumlu village the villa has panoramic views out towards Patara Beach.

All the accomodation is on the one level and includes an open plan lounge/ kitchen /dining area and two bedrooms. There is one double and one twin bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms.The bathroom to the double bedroom also has a jacuzzi.
Outside the large infinity pool is some 8.5 x 3.75 metres and is 1.6 metres deep. The pool is heated (27-28 degrees) over the winter months Pool heating is inclueded to total price of villa (Available for April-May, October-Npvember). The spacious pool terrace has a dining area , sunloungers, and a comfortable seating area, all from which the views may be enjoyed.
Due to the pool being unseen from outwith the villa, this is a suitable choice for those guests wanting a high degree of privacy, be it for religious or other reasons.
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 5 nights or less there is an additional charge of 2000 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
