Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are 4 to 5 ferry boats going to and from the island everyday in the summer months. As there are few hotels on the island, mostly private homes are rented out. Most of the houses on the island are built from local stone giving Kea its unique architectural style.

The house (House 1), which is 137sq meters, is set on a 5,000sq meters plot of land, in a small complex of 5 houses in total, each one completely independent of the other. In front of the houses is a large 25 meters long swimming pool, with 2 large pergolas (one is private to House 1), a large deck area for sunbathing and a fantastic sea and sunset view. The ideal swimming pool for those that want to do laps.

The house is on two levels. The first floor, which is the main entrance, has a living room with a fireplace, a dining area that seats 4 to 6 people and a fully equipped open plan kitchen. On this level there is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. Leading off the living room is a large shaded veranda with a dining/seating area, where one can sit and enjoy the sea view and amazing sunsets. Near the kitchen there are stairs leading to the ground level, where there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with bunk beds, a bedroom with three single beds (two beds can be joined to make a double bed and one bathrooms with a showers. All the bedrooms have a sea view and balcony doors that lead on to a small terraces.

Near the pool there is a large pergola which is exclusively for house 1, with seating, sunbeds and chaise lounge.
