Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. Kea is a hidden gem in the Cycladic Islands and has its own unique style. As there are very few hotels on the island, private houses are rented out, most or all of them made of local stone. The island has 35 beaches, most of them accessible by boat. Kea is the ideal island for those that want to relax and have a great vacation.

The villa is set on a 1,850sq meters plot of land near Vourkari. Vourkari,which is less than 2 minute by car from the villa, is well known with the yachting crowd and has restaurants, cafes, bars, an ice cream parlor and some clothes shops.

The house is on two split levels, the ground floor has a living room with a fireplace, a large fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast area, two large master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. All the rooms on the ground floor lead out on to the garden and swimming pool.

On the upper split level there is a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with a bathroom.

In the garden there is a large swimming pool, a large covered dining and seating area with a BBQ. On the upper level there are various covered seating areas all with a fantastic sea view.
