La maison de Guita - Brand new Dwelling with Pool and Sunset Views

'La maison de Guita' is a brand-new dwelling, located in the area to the south of Korissia, Kea's port. The area is called Melissaki, a 10 minute-drive from the port, and the house is reachable via a very decent dirt road. The ‘maison’ enjoys breath-taking sunset views and is fully equipped with all modern amenities like A/C, dish-washer, washing machine etc. It can easily accommodate up to 5 guests in two sepa-rate bedrooms and in one open area bed.
The house comprises of one spacious double bedroom with bathroom, a second ‘pet-it’ double bedroom, another bathroom and an impressive open space kitchen-leaving area, all in one level. The master bedroom and the open space have direct access to an outdoor terrace, dominated by the beautiful infinity pool which looks right out to the Aegean Sea. Close to the pool, stands a big shaded pergola with a dining table and nearby gas BBQ, complemented with water sink
The enchanting beach of Xyla, one of our favorites, is only a 5 minute-drive from the house. Taking a dip in the pool or reaching late in the afternoon Xyla beach for a dive are how your daily, lazy vacation ought to play out.
