Cottage, walk to beach and tavernas, stunning sea and mountain views

It is so great to have such wonderful content guests who make the most out of their holiday. The little cottage is exactly as described . There is a slight elevation that is why we have a very lovely 360 view as we are 100 m from the sea . Therefore to walk up and down to the centre is a little steep but short. One can drive to the gate. We have mountains to the sea which give us our spectacular walks and views .

It is indeed a pleasure that my guests appreciate the little villa its views and surroundings. In a busy place it is a haven of calm and quiet . Very happy to have guests that made good use of the facilities and enjoyed themselves . Welcome back any time 🤗

Well, short and sweet. I believe my guests did not know they could review in German:-) However the star rating I do not agree with and I have reported this to HomeAway as a possible mistake.! It also can be that our guests did not read or understand exactly what we had to offer. We have had I can say 99% very satisfied guests and we love to hear from them:-) This year as usual we are very nearly fully booked and so looking forward to welcoming you with our brand new bathrooms on both villas done this winter and a brand new roof on Nola offering much better insulation and protection. This year has been wonderful so far ! Very satisfied guests and we so enjoy hosting with our well appointed little villa with the stupendous views from the top patio. As it has been very hot recently the olive tree shaded patio has given everyone lovely dappled shade:-) Book early for 2019 !

So happy that even on a short stay David and his lovely family really enjoyed their few days at my villa. I really believe that with local knowledge, when my guests ask for recommendations or advice, usually done on Whats App not to disturb or personally if asked is taken. As a host one has to gauge the guest and their taste and answer accordingly. It very often works out and everyone has a happy relaxed and enjoyable stay :-)

How lovely to have guests that wished they had reserved the villa for a longer stay :-) This season for us is drawing to a close early this year due to family visits. However next years availability and prices have been posted and you are most welcome. Being one of the very few villas with own garden and in the actual location of Paleocastritsa just a few minutes walk from all amenities, beaches and tavernas we are very lucky with our brilliant location, stunning sea and mountain views and above all quiet and very relaxing with our variety of patios, verandas and garden seating and sunning areas. We do not have our own pool ( but free of charge use of a shared pool down the garden path a small hotel . There are also many secluded beaches (inaccessible by road) on the opposite peninsular reachable with a hired self drive boat or boat taxi(an exciting day out) ! We are just not more than 5 to 10 minutes walk to a choice of 8 beaches in Paleocastritsa and an eclectic choice of Greek style tavernas ( including one vegan with an exciting menu). We look forward to welcoming you next year in our one could quiet secret hideaway right in the heart of Paleocastritsa. Unlike other villas that advertise they are in Paleocastritsa but are actually in the countryside quite a few kilometres away. There are quite a few walks that one can take through the surrounding villages and the panoramic views of sea, mountains, cypress and olive trees in our north west corner of Corfu are unbeatable and stunning! Come and visit us next year you are most welcomed be assured of your comfort and enjoyment!

So happy to have another contented guest:-) it’s actually Villa Stephanie ( not Nova) ! the other Villa I have is Villa Nola but is not being rented at the moment. This year was strange for all of us but fitting in with Covid rules I managed to rent quite a few times since being able to open in July. It is exactly as described and a lovely peaceful haven so near to all beaches and facilities. The views are stupendous. We are happily taking bookings for next year. You are most welcome!

I was very happy to read that our guests have once again chosen well and enjoyed themselves. They were specific in their needs and I realised that Villa Nola could supply them. The new front patio on the cliff edge overlooking the beaches and bays, sea and mountains of Paleocastritsa has added tremendously to the enjoyment of the property and being a "no through road" area we benefit and have only traffic bound for Paleocastritsa. The villa is high enough not to be bothered by any of it but not too high as you can read to walk back and forth from to the choice of tavernas, minimarkets and beaches. One can even get on the local bus to Corfu town which leaves every 45 minutes to soak in the culture, shopping and everyday island life. I am taking in bookings already for next year 2011 with an "earlybird" discount and there are a few weeks available still in September and October 2010 for either of the villas, Nola or Stephanie. The island of course does lend itself to renting a car and driving around as it is very beautiful but you can also bear in mind that one of the most famous beauty spots is on your doorstep and you have the view!

A wonderful review given by wonderful guests:-) it as I have always said if you read the descriptions and well meaning comments and our reviews you will soon know if my little villa is really for you. The villa is not the most modern but is very much as described . I work hard at keeping the extensive gardens pleasing to the eye and our views really are stunning and interesting. Thank you 🙏 My home is not perfect but hits that balance of charm and comfort I was aiming for:-) The location and sea and Mountain View’s add the openness and beauty and our location even though near to everything is really restful and quiet. These wonderful guests did not take a car as advised and really chilled ! 😎 which is what they were aiming for. A car is recommended if you wish to explore! You are most welcome for 2025 :-)

A lovely, very detailed excellent review for us and we are so happy that our guests really enjoy, as they should, their time with us:-) I believe this review will be of great help to future guests and we have enjoyed another virtually fully booked season again because of that! We are already planning our investment into the property again this winter with a new roof for Villa Nola and the usual maintenance that we do every year for the 2015 season. We will try and find "Mario" and give him your feedback diplomatically as we find that is such a shame to experience when all else was so lovely! We are ready for next years bookings at any time and already have a couple of guests booked for 2015!

Es ist wirklich sehr schön und sehr entspannend in der Villa Stephanie. Die Strände und Tavernen sind einen Spaziergang bergab bergauf, aber nicht zu schwierig und nur zehn Minuten. Sie können jederzeit ein Auto mieten und auch vor den Toren der Villa parken. Ich habe noch freie Termine im Juli dieses Jahres und im September und Oktober. Die Villa Asyoucan Lesen aus unseren Bewertungen ist ein großer Favorit und sehr komfortabel. Sie sind herzlich willkommen und wie alle unsere Gäste werden einen schönen Urlaub haben. It is truly lovely and very relaxing staying at Villa Stephanie. The beaches and tavernas are a walk away down hill going uphill coming back but not too difficult and only ten minutes. You can always rent a car and park outside the villa gates as well. I still have some dates free in July this year and September and October. The villa asyoucan readfrom our reviews is a great favourtite and very comfortable.You are most welcome and as all our guests will have a great holiday.

So schoen das unsere gaeste haben ihren irlaub so toll empfindet x Ichmache alles möglich bequem in den villa und Mann kann überall bei Fuß laufen Berg hoch oder unter zum Meer (80 Metre) oder um den Insel im Auto fahren . Ich bin breit Buchungen Fuer 2019 zu nehmen ! Herzlich willkommen!

Nochmal ein 5 star review. Wir sind stolz das unsere Umgebung, Garten und Villa is so beliebt:-) Ruhig aber nah an alles das man braucht. Ein Auto ist eine gute Idee um das Insel zu entdecken. Sie sind herzlich willkommen!

Such a pleasure to have such appreciative guests who loved my home and our location. It is true that the smaller shops here are more expensive than the larger supermarkets on the road to Paleocascastritsa just outside the town and airport, understandably but on your way from the airport if you rent a car you can stock up on basic needs. Just ask me for details. yes the bed is a king size and comfortable, the kitchen well equipped with full cooking facilities . I am proud of our lovely garden which looks of course its best now in Spring. The views are amazing from the top patio so take advantage of them. You are most welcome. I still have a few weeks and odd days available this year. After October it is the winter but it is still a beautiful lush island and we have fast internet and central heating for winter stays. A car in the winter though is a must. Some of the budget airlines have said they will fly in the winter now a new proposal so watch this space. As our Corfu airport is being renovated. I look forward to welcoming you at any time to our much loved home and island.

Another great review for 2018. This winter we replaced and renewed the roof, CH, kitchen etc and Villa Stephanie really is very welcoming and comfortable. This is the German review in English: Lovely cottage with beautiful garden and sea views Jane is a very warm and caring hostess, always discreet. The Villla Stephanie is lovingly furnished, everything works very well. The cottage is a wonderful starting point for hiking in the north-west of the island and Jane also provides a lot of information and tips for this. We highly recommend Jane and her cottage.

Dieses Jahr ist Villa Stephanie ganz neue eingerichtet und ist wirklich sehr bequem. Mit CH Fuer kälterer Tagen im April. Es ist nur 5 /10 Minuten zum Strandeund Tavernen, tolle Lage und Blick von die obere Terrasse. Neue Fotos kommen bald online. Ich habe noch 2 Wochen im Mai frei , eine Woche Anfang august auch:-) sie sind herzlich willkommen und sie werden es genießen !

For those that do not speak German this review says that guests were with us in August, and felt comfortable and great in the villa.
