A conservation area surrounds the grounds with over 300 acres with 11 heavily wooded acres throughout the community. It is the most beautiful tranquil space for vacationers of all ages!

Our villa is in close proximity to many fun places to visit including: 10 min. to Disney World, SeaWorld and ,Universal 25 min to Orange County Convention Center, 45 minutes to Legoland, H20 Waterpark 5 mins. And many, many more!

After a day of fun sightseeing in the Orlando area, you and your family can decompress as you swim in the pool and spa in the beautiful decorated, enclosed private yard with an outdoor shower. The villa is an oasis of tranquility and calm with its massive high ceilings, open floor plan and beach decor.
