The downstairs living area is open plan with polished marble floors, high wooden ceilings and plenty of light from the 5 sets of double doors patio doors to the terraces surrounding the property.

The modern kitchen enjoys many appliances, black marble worktops and plenty of cupboard space for groceries as well as the already filled cupboards of crockery, utensils and cups and glasses.

A large marble dining table seats 8 people and high chair is also available for little ones.

Brand new 24BTU air conditioning unit for hot or cold has been installed in August 2021 and will keep you comfortable whatever season you are coming to stay.

Gas central heating is also available in the winter period thoughout the villa.

The sitting area has leather sofas and a large marble coffee table and an android TV providing indoor entertainment for staying in, with Netflix, Youtube and other apps. Please let us know if you do not have your own Netflix account to log in to, and we can provide this for you.

A villa guide is provided with helpful information on all the appliances, local areas, things to do and see and also a concierge service is available from 8am to 8pm on a daily basis for advice and assistance.

The downstairs bathroom has basin, WC and bath with shower and glass shower screen. A heated towel rail is in situ for heating in the cooler months.

The twin bedroom has ample wardrobe space, 2 single beds, 2 bedside drawer units and a dressing table and pouffe. A small balcony with wooden railings offers some outdoor space and countryside feel to the room.

The ground floor double bedroom has a double bed, large fitted wardrobes, 2 bedside drawer units and double patio doors to the balcony with 4 seater outdoor furniture and covered pergola. Brand new air conditioning unit has been installed in August 2021.

Upstairs you will find a bathroom with basin, WC and a brand new shower enclosure and electric shower for instant hot showers in the winter time. Cyprus is renowned for endless hot water during the summer months but in winter months you may need a little boost during the early or late hours when the sun is not around. A heated towel rail is also provided for winter time stays.

The master bedroom is the only bedroom on this floor and is a very large space, with lots of North facing windows. It is equipped with double bed, 2 bedside drawer units, plenty of fitted wardrobes, a sofa bed and room for a travel cot (available at request). Brand new air conditioning unit has been installed in August 2021.
The bedroom has double patio doors leading out to the upper terrace, with 6 seater outdoor furniture and coffee table enjoying partial sea views over the pine forest tree tops to the North and full mountain views to the South.

Outdoors, the villa is fully enclosed by natural stone walls and wrought iron gates. There is parking for 2 cars, and plenty of space around the villa to chase the sun, or hide from it! An additional upper terrace faces South, accessed by external stairs at the north end of the villa and can be used for relaxing and enjoying the mountain views or for preparing a Mediterranean feast in the built-in stone BBQ. Table and chairs are provided and the whole terrace is shaded by a covered pergola.

The pool area enjoys a backdrop of pine trees and greenery and offers a real tranquil feel to relaxing by the pool, on a wooden sunlounger with drinks tray, under a large adjustable parasol or in the full sunshine if you are brave :)

A favourite hang out spot is under the covered terrace alongside the living area, with tables and chairs in ths shade just whiling away the hours, relaxing and enjoying the location.

The villa has plenty of space to accommodate everyone and without them having to get under each other's feet. With 4 outdoor seating/lounging areas, a feeling of peace and personal space is easy to achieve.
