The Villa is located in Paul Do Mar - south west coast of the Island, in the midst of nature in this historic fishing village which is considered the sunniest and hottest along the Calheta coast.

The Villa is south west facing with excellent exposure to sunshine, offering panoramic views of the Atlantic, countryside, coastline, quaint village below and incredible sunset views.

Recently built in contemporary style incorporating natural elements throughout it is a fusion of modern design and natural materials. The villa consists of vulcanic stones and rocks from the Azores, Cape Verde, Madeira and mainland, high quality wooden finishes and extensive glass areas offering plenty of light and sunshine inside. The villa has a sea facing patio, terrace, balconies as well as covered and uncovered garden areas with plenty of shade. There is an outside barbeque area with a large patio lit up for open-air dining as well as an outside shower to cool yourself during the hot days or remove the salt after a refreshing swim in the ocean.
