Tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment is close to various top attractions in Lisbon, such as the Lisbon Military Museum! It is located on the first floor, accessible by stairs.

This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a comfortable seating area. There's also a private terrace with seating areas to lounge and enjoy some fresh air.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery to prepare delicious meals. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

There are two bedrooms. One has a double bed, and one has a single bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Its localization will satisfy each kind of travelers. By foot you can reach, in this typic neighborhood, numerous key venues (Pantheon, Monastery of São Vicente de Fora, the Feira da Ladra) and the Santa Apólonia station which serve the blue line (Lisbon’s artery) and other cities in Portugal.

You will find on foot the Cç. S. Vicente tram stop just 5 minutes away from the property.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
