Casa Rosea is a characteristic two-story apartment that is part of a villa built sheer above the valley. It sleeps six people. From Casa Rosea you will enjoy a characteristic view of the valley and of the sea at a distance. Casa Rosea is 80 square meters (860 square feet). It features a panoramic shared terrace, a private patio, a private garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from the center of Agerola, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant, a grocery store at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards) and the closest beach (Duoglio Beach) at 16 km (roughly 10 miles). You will reach Casa Rosea from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Casa Rosea you will need a car. You will be able to park it inside the entrance gate. Please note that access to Casa Rosea is along a narrow road.

Terrace
The terrace is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is equipped with two sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and a side view of the sea. You will share the terrace with guests staying at another nearby apartment, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.
Patio
The patio is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue.
Garden
The garden is 300 square meters (3230 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a swing. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and, partially, of the sea.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The ceiling of the living room has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. There is a small fireplace. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room also has a window.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table is a little kitchen peninsula, and can accommodate four guests. The kitchen has two windows.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
First FloorBedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include two bedroom chairs. The room has two large panoramic windows with a partial view of the sea.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small terrace through a French door.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom through an access area. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a jacuzzi bathtub. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.
