Stay in our luxury Garden Summerhouse Annexe Suite, located inside a converted Victorian School grounds, situated on the slopes of the harbour town of Fowey with incredible views and amazing lush tropical gardens.
Relax while taking in the scenery - The main village and attractions are only a 5-minute walk away - the 'Old School Studios' are a perfect location for your trip to Cornwall.
A self-contained Summerhouse annexe is perfect for family vacations, a couple's getaway, or business trips.
The Space:
Our recently renovated Victorian school is unique, spacious and bright. Youâll be blown away by gorgeous Victorian architecture and industrial interior design.
Inside our summerhouse Annexe, there is a fully equipped kitchen. The property includes a full-sized bathroom with a shower and bath facilities. For entertainment, there is a large TV with Netflix.
Our annexe faces out onto gorgeous gardens for serene views. There are also entertaining spaces both inside and outside the property.
The harbour town of Fowey is just 100m away
This property has two other buildings on the same plot, with a total capacity to sleep up to 24 people! Perfect for large family gatherings! Please have a look at our other listings, and get in touch if youâd like to hire the entire schoolhouse space.
Guest Access:
You will be in a self-contained annexe with access to the front entrance garden & parking only.
The back garden with decking and hot tub is strictly for main house bookings only.
The Neighborhood:
It's a 5-minute walk down the hill into Fowey. You'll find a selection of independent shops, fresh local produce and plenty of restaurants and cafes.
You can hire a boat for ÂŁ20 and travel up and down the famous Fowey waters.
The Eden Project is a short 15-minute drive away.
Getting Around:
Parking is available 10 steps away from the property.
Please put in 'Hanson Drive' to your sat Nav and follow the signpost for 'The Old School Studio'âyou may park here.
There is no parking entrance from Daglands Rd, so make sure you head towards Hanson Drive!
Walk through the gate across the footpath and enter the wooden gate labelled 'The Old School Studio'. The Summerhouse annexe is immediately on your right. Check-in instructions can be found on the listing after booking the summerhouse.
The best way to get around Fowey is on foot. There are plenty of walking routes around Fowey and a lot of sights to take in.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that other guests may be staying in the main house or flat. Please do not disturb them, and ensure your entire party is quiet after 10 pm.
We may require a deposit for single-night bookings, last-minute reservations, and large booking groups. This can be retained for noise complaints, unauthorized parties, excessive uncleanliness, or damage beyond normal use.
