Pobble's Place is your little slice of Fowey calm, a ground-floor apartment in the heart of South East Cornwall – perfect for a couple or small family craving coast, harbour life and easy adventures!



Inside the open-plan living space feels bright and comfortable, with coastal-inspired touches, a cozy sofa and Smart TV for quiet evenings in. The well-equipped kitchen offers easy dining options, whether you're eating in or plating up a local dish. Two stylish bedrooms sit just off the living area – one with a king size bed and one single. The king bedroom opens onto the rear terrace, with a shared modern bathroom with shower over bath.



Outside you've got access to an enclosed shared terrace, ideal spot for a sunny G&T. From the front door it's a short walk to Fowey's harbour, shops, cafés and excellent seafood restaurants. Fowey is a real treat for food lovers, with everything from crab sandwiches eaten on the quay to memorable dinners in award-winning restaurants overlooking the water. Hop on a boat from the quay to see the town from the water or stroll 150 metres to the ferry and nip across to Bodinnick for the Hall Walk and its wow-factor views. Whitehouse Beach is only a mile from the apartment or try Readymoney Cove one of Fowey's most popular little beaches, great for swimming and perfect for a quick dip or a lazy afternoon in the sun.



Parking is available in the public car park opposite – a weekly Rover ticket can be purchased online via Cornwall Council.
