The open-air living room is equipped with air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and HD-TV with Dish Network and French satellite channels. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a refrigerator with ice maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, blender, and toaster. An indoor dining area seats six guests beside a charming library. The outdoor terrace features a wooden dining table under a covered area, a private swimming pool, loungers, parasols, and a cozy lounge space with cushioned seating, all overlooking St-Jean Bay.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire property, including the air-conditioned living room, well-appointed kitchen and dining areas, private pool, expansive terrace, and all three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Wi-Fi is included for guest use, with reasonable and lawful usage expected.

Getting Around:

The villa is ideally located for exploring the St-Jean area. While amenities are nearby, car rental is recommended for ease of access and exploring the rest of the island.



Other Things to Note:

The air conditioning system is available for guest comfort and must be used responsibly, including keeping doors and windows closed while in use and turning it off when not in the villa. Improper or excessive use may result in deductions from the security deposit. In case of a system failure not caused by the guest, repairs will be arranged promptly. No compensation will be issued unless the system is unusable for more than 48 hours during high-temperature periods.

Wi-Fi is provided for reasonable use; illegal activities such as prohibited downloads are not permitted. The owner is not responsible for service interruptions beyond their control, and no compensation will be offered for temporary outages.
