Eiffel Park is a 678 sqft 1 bedroom apartment located within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and around the corner from the metro La Motte Piquet Grenelle on the line 6, 8 and 10.
The Space:
Upon entry to Eiffel Park, Guests are greeted by an entry hall. To the right, you will find the fully equipped kitchen with an oven and plenty of space to prepare meals.
Further down the hallway is the dining table that can be moved into the living area and has room for 4 diners. Across from the dining table is the living area with two leather couches and lots of light from the large windows.
The bedroom opens onto the living area with two French doors that can be closed for privacy. The bedroom has a large closet and a queen sized bed. There is again lots of light from the floor to ceiling windows. The WC and shower at the end of the hall complete this apartment.
Guest Access:
This accommodation is offered for corporate housing purposes. To secure the reservation, we kindly request that you sign a letter providing your company name, passport information, and guest details.
The Neighborhood:
If you want to stay close to the Eiffel Tower, the Seine river, in a very dynamic area and close to a shopping mall, restaurants, etc, this is the place to be.
If you like long walks, you can easily go to the Seine river. If you like shopping, you can go to Beaugrenelle shopping mall.
Also, you are close to the yellow train line RER C, which you can take to go to Versailles !!

- This apartment does not have a dishwasher.
- Please note the bedroom is separated from the living room by two French doors.
- Please note there is a school located near the back of the apartment building so during recess there are children that can be heard when the windows are open.
- Please note this home is available for 30 night stays minimum.
-The unit is located on the 6th floor of an antique Parisian building, so some of the utilities have unique traits that will be shown at check-in.
