Diese 6-stöckige Eigentumswohnung bietet eine herrliche Aussicht auf den Golf und den Hafen von Destin. Beste Lage, um fantastische Sonnenuntergänge und Feuerwerkshows bei Nacht zu sehen. Condo 618 bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen mit einem König im Hauptschlafzimmer, zwei Einzelbetten im Gästezimmer und einem neuen Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Der weiße Sandstrand von Destin ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang über die Dünen mit zwei Stühlen und einem Sonnenschirm für Ihr Vergnügen.

Alle Einheiten sind Nichtraucherzimmer. Condo 618 wurde 2017 umgebaut, mit neuen großen Fliesen im Wohnbereich und einem Gäste-WC. Küche mit neuen modernen Schränken, Granit-Arbeitsplatten und Edelstahlgeräten aufgewertet. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über neue Möbel, Dekor und Kunstwerke. Alle Räume haben neue Deckenventilatoren. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen Samsung-Smart-TV mit DVD-Player und die Schlafzimmer sind mit einem Flachbild-TV ausgestattet. Das Master-Badezimmer wurde Anfang 2018 mit Fliesenböden und neuem, stilvollem Kosmetikspiegel, belüfteten Außenlüftern und LED-Beleuchtung neu gestaltet. Beide Schlafzimmer wurden Ende 2018 mit neuem Teppichboden ausgestattet und bieten Fensterläden, neue Betten und Dekorationen.

Late summer vacay

Everything was excellent as it was the previous year. Only negative was there was only one working elevator that intermittently didn't work either. The place was fairly busy so people were pretty disgruntled about it. Other than that, perfect!

Winter retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Destin is the perfect place to go to hide from winter snow, and if you dont like hot weather either, temp are mid 50s -60s. The Islander Resort where we stay is super snowbird friendly, and our 6th floor unit is comfy, modern, and has glorious sunset views. The Islander provides the palm room for many get togethers, potlucks, yoga, mahjongg, dominos and card games. People are friendly and inclusive. We’ve returned for seven years and are planning to return next winter.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing time. The facility was great and the apartment was perfect. We had everything we needed to stay in and cook and go by our day to day routines. Beds were comfortable and the view from the balcony was ideal. Loved playing pickle ball, shuffle board, soaking in the hot tub and swimming in the heated pools. The walk to the beach was summer quick and Allen (the beach attendant) was really great. Loved it here an would do again in a heart beat.

Nice location

We were pleased with the room and location. However, tried to contact the owner several times prior to trip. They never responded. Also, thought I was paying through VRBO. Come to find out, I couldn’t pay that way. I had to call and pay the property directly. None of this is mentioned in the listing in VRBO.

Great Stay

Reviewer Comments: The unit was very nice as always but I must say the sofa and loveseat are very old and uncomfortable which limits entertaining or relaxing inside. I have been visiting over 25 years and fist time I had an unwanted pest insect in the unit which was not something you want to deal with on vacation.Also one of the elevators is becoming extremely clunky for lack of a better descriptor.I fully intend to return and cant wait till next year!

Check in & out was great & staff was extremely helpful with an issue in the building's laundry room, but there was an issue of a loud repetitive knocking sound from either above or beside the unit that I reported & it took 2 days to get it resolved. Alan the beach chair & umbrella attendant was nice & helpful

Vacation 2022

We stayed at this property June 4 - June 9 2022. The condo was decorated nicely. There was plenty of room for me, my husband, my mother in law, and my two year old daughter. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo. When we arrived, my daughter walked around the condo barefoot. Her feet were soo dirty within 30 minutes. It was as if the floor hadn’t been cleaned at all. When I bathed her I had to clean black hairs out of the bathtub and drain. With the cleaning fee included in the price of the booking, I don’t think you should have to clean upon arrival. The location is great. The view from the condo was great. We enjoyed the beach and pool area.

Great spot with beautiful views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental had great perks. Gated parking, private resort beach access. The rental is tucked at the far end from the elevators which makes traffic outside minimal. You are directly in front of the stairs, but that was not an issue. The resort is an older resort, but the rental was nicely updated and has very comfortably beds. The balcony overlooks both the ocean and the bay. The initial check in was easy and quick. The only downside was only one of two elevators was working so it took some time to get up/down. The kitchen is stocked like a hotel and provides you with all cooking wear, coffee pot and dishes, but remember to bring your own coffee filters! Overall, a great rental
