Islander Condo # 114 ist eine West View, Gold Unit, die Platz für bis zu 6 Personen bietet. Dieses Gerät ist perfekt, wenn Sie sich in der Nähe des Pools aufhalten und nicht gegen Treppen oder Aufzüge kämpfen möchten. Es ist 50 Meter vom Pool entfernt und der Balkon führt auf Gras. Die Küche wurde kürzlich renoviert und verfügt über neue GE-Geräte aus Edelstahl, darunter ein doppeltüriger Kühlschrank und Eis in der Tür sowie neue Arbeitsplatten aus Granit. Sie ist mit allen Werkzeugen ausgestattet, die Sie zum Kochen benötigen. Nehmen Sie am neu gepolsterten Esstisch Platz für 6 Personen oder entspannen Sie im Wohnbereich mit neuen Möbeln und schauen Sie sich den 47-Zoll-Smart-Fernseher mit digitalem Kabelanschluss und einem Streaming Blue Ray-Player an. Es gibt ein Queen-Schlafsofa für die Gäste.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit neuer, moderner Bettwäsche, einer neuen Matratze und einem 28-Zoll-Fernseher mit einem Streaming Blue Ray-Player. Das Badezimmer hat Waschtisch, Arbeitsplatten und eine ebenerdige Dusche aktualisiert. Das Gästezimmer verfügt über 2 Twin-Size-Schlittenbetten mit modernen Möbeln und einem 24-Zoll-Fernseher mit Videorecorder. Das Gästebad wurde mit einem neuen Waschtisch und Arbeitsplatten aktualisiert. Der Bodenbelag ist in der gesamten Wohnung neu.

Great place!

We really enjoyed staying here! The pool was just steps from our back door. Parking space right on our front door. Few minutes from Destin Harbour Boardwalk. We really love the location of this apartment. Hopefully we will come back!

Reviewer Comments: we have been staying at the islander about 11 years. and i was not happy about room 114. we had bugs the whole time. they looked like roaches. we went to the front desk every day to tell them and they said they would call someone to come out. they never came out to spray. someone said the bug was called something else i cant remember the name. but they were every where. on the counter tops all over the kitchen in our bathrooms. as much as we love coming here every year i just was upset having to deal with that. i did love how much sleeping space they had in the room though.

Reviewer Comments: Stayed at the ISLANDER a total of 9 times throughout the years. This time made it to where i will not be coming back. It has progressively gotten worse in the last 6 years and i wasnt able to vacation there in the last 2 years due to covid concerns and small children but this time was terrible. Dirty, dingy, falling apart, bugs, roaches, loud rude people, rude staff, overpriced, i will not be coming back and i used to love this place.

Our Condo was fully equipped and the furniture was so comfy. The condo had a great king bed in the master bedroom, an awesome huge bathroom and a huge closet. the pools, hot tubs and the grounds were well taken care of and everything about the Islander was very nice and we are planning on making it our vacation destination every time we go to Florida.

Having bunk beds in the spare bedroom was unexpected & NOT pictured in the photos of the room. There was ice left in the freezer & caused the fridge to smell like FISH. There was NOT a broom in the condo & we found a dirty plate behind the night stand in the master. The cleaning was NOT worth the $$$ you pay.

Please post signs under pavilion. if there is a sign about no loud music, then we have the right to call the front desk.

Other than that a very nice unit. Enjoyed my first try with very friendly and patient pickle ball group, played almost every morning from 10-12. Unit 114

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've visited the Islander 5 times in the last 10 years and I've always had a great experience. This time I was displeased with the Furniture in condo 114. It was dated and ALL mattresses were in poor condition and made for an uncomfortable sleep, including the sofa bed! Very uncomfortable mattresses! Everything else was wonderful, I just wouldn't recommend that unit number. Thanks for listening!
