This Apartment is on the first floor. It can host 5 guests, by a double bed (1.30 x 1.90 m) and a double sleeping sofa (1.30 m x 1.90 m) and a single futon (1.95 m x 0.65 m). On the hallway are a private kitchen, a separate bathroom and separate toilet. The studio has windows on two sides of the room, but do not offer a view and can't be opened wide. Because of the central location near bars etc music and noise can be heard until late
The apartment is very well located , because of the Haven (Harbour) and Spanjaardschat in the front, the popular citycenter around the corner on a walking distance of about 2 minutes with shops, boutiques, terraces, restaurants and entertainment center. Central Station is reached by a 10 minutes walk or with public transportation. In the near surrounding is paid parking, on a 3 minutes walk you will find 2 paid parking lots and on a 6 minutes walk is free parking. (It is not allowed to park bicycles throughout the city except for the special parkings)
