Casa Alcea is a characteristic and welcoming three-story independent house made of stone. It sleeps six people. From Casa Alcea you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and of the coastline. Casa Alcea is 120 square meters (1290 square feet). It features a private jacuzzi pool, a panoramic private terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from the center of Furore, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the stop for the SITA bus at 100 meters (330 feet) and the closest beach (Santa Croce Beach) at 9 km (roughly 5.6 miles). You will reach Casa Alcea from the street level going down a short route that includes approximately 35 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Alcea. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space.
Please kindly note. The rental price includes: parking; linens and towels; electricity. To be paid at the property:final cleaning EUR 100.00;use of the wellness room EUR 120.00/week. Tourist tax, paid locally: EUR 2.00 per person per night for the first 7 nights. Guests aged under 10 are exempt. Refundable security deposit paid cash upon arrival: EUR 400 (it is returned to you at check-out).
Main Building, Middle Level (Entrance Level)Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the alleyway in front of the house. The room also has a window.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include two bedroom chairs and a desk. The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen.
Main Building, Top LevelBedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through an access area. The floor is paved with wood. The ceiling is sloped, has characteristic exposed wood beams and has an height of 70 centimeters (2.3 feet) at its lowest point. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). An additional children mattress is available (if requested in advance with an additional cost -- please enquire with our staff) to make it a triple room (without exceeding the maximum occupancy of eight guests). The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom through an access area. The floor is paved with wood. The ceiling is sloped, has characteristic exposed wood beams and has an height of 70 centimeters (2.3 feet) at its lowest point. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Annex, Bottom LevelTerrace
The terrace is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going down an external stairway which consists of approximately 25 steps. It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea.
Wellness room
You will be able to enter the wellness room from the terrace. It features an above-ground jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with four seats. Please note that use of the wellness facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally.
Living Room
The ceiling of the living room is vaulted. The furnishings are simple and comfortable, and include a sofa. There is a nice fireplace made of stone, for decorative purposes only. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner electric cooker and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate two guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room also has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub with shower wand. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room climbing five steps.
