To the outside, there is an enclosed balcony with outdoor furniture, and a gas barbecue, and shared leisure facilities such as, an indoor swimming pool, sauna and gym, while off road parking is available for one car. Positioned beside an excellent beach and with amazing views of the sea, beach and Burgh Island, 17 Burgh Island Causeway is a very special place for a Devon break on the coast.
