Perkins Cottage really is a hidden gem, from the outside the cottage looks every bit the wonderful country cottage that it is and inside will not disappoint either. Situated in the picturesque village of Woolley Moor on the edge of Ogston Reservoir North Derbyshire, the house is close to the edge of the Peak District National Park and the Derbyshire towns of Matlock and Bakewell.

Matlock Bath is a well-known resort area on the River Derwent, visit popular Heights of Abraham cable cars, enjoy fish and chips, and attend numerous entertainments throughout the year. The Matlock Bath illuminations and firework display are especially popular in autumn bringing in the crowds and lighting up the sky.
