Villa Duemani - Pickleball Retreat ist ein luxuriöses Feriendomizil, das Komfort und Entspannung in einer atemberaubenden Waldlandschaft nahe Montecarlo perfekt vereint. Diese geräumige Villa bietet Platz für bis zu 20 Gäste und ist ideal für große Gruppen, Familientreffen oder Firmenausflüge.



Das Anwesen verfügt über 10 geräumige Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 10 Betten - darunter 9 Doppelbetten und 1 Kingsize-Bett - sowie 10 moderne Badezimmer, die allen Gästen maximalen Komfort bieten. Die Küche ist großzügig ausgestattet mit zwei unabhängigen Kochbereichen und einer umfangreichen Ausstattung, die von Induktionsherden bis hin zu Kaffeemaschinen und Geschirrspüler reicht.



Besondere Highlights sind die private Spa-Anlage mit Jacuzzi und ein großzügiger 7x14 Meter Pool, der exklusive Erholungsmomente garantiert. A big and gorgeous Villa

This is a big and beautiful farmhouse close to Lucca and Pisa. We had plenty of room for our group of 7. The patio is amazing to eat al fresco. Note: We visited in August and air-conditioning was a must. A very great house!!!

Highly recommend this Villa

We loved our stay ar Villa Duemani so much! There were 13 members of our family there and we never felt crowded. Everyone had their own private spaces and a two wonderful dining areas to accommodate us. The pool and spas were very popular! We loved the hamlet of Montecarlo and has several wonderful meals there! We highly recommend this villa!

Comfort and Recreation in Toscana

The Villa experience exceeded my expectations. My family, friends and I were able to enjoy rest, food, pickleball and unbelievable surroundings with incredible views and weather. We acted on the recommendation of the owner and engaged a local chef (Mariella) for breakfast and dinner. This elevated our experience to the next level. The Tuscan roads and navigation can be challenging and of course the language is not our native tongue. Having Mariella prepare local, fresh authentic Italian cuisine was the BEST decision. Additionally we were supported day and night by Loredana, the house manager. Her guidance and assistance was critical to our stay. She anticipated our needs, asked all the right questions and helped us make all the right decisions. All the staff were a blessing. Our group consisted of 17 persons in our 10 bed villa. Not all were pickleball players on arrival, but a few players were born during the week! What a treat to have recreation as well as indulgence in food and wine all week. The villa pool is unparalleled in its size and beauty! We enjoyed a sauna afterwards as well - there are two! What a week - not at all happy to leave - it was a great experience. Highly recommend.

A special place on earth

Villa Duemani is a special place on earth. We feel so fortunate to have experienced it and can’t wait to go back. It is located among many interesting small towns in the area (make sure to check out Montecatini Alto with its cable car), but if you’re not planning on driving around, the villa is the perfect place to relax and take it all in. The hosts did an excellent job to create a comfortable, relaxing experience with many thoughtful touches throughout the villa. I hope we come back one day.

Villa Duemani what a beautiful place it is! It far exceeds our expectations. It is an absolute paradise sitting high on a hillside in Tuscany. The vistas from its many terraces and poolside are spectacular! The site pics gave us only a hint of the beauty. We enjoyed the local restaurants, wine, most of all, the friendly people. Your GPS was so helpful and all we had to do after a long day was touch “home” on the screen and it brought us there safely. We saw and experienced Tuscany at its best.

A quiet break from crowds

After visiting several crowded tourist towns in Italy, we are so glad that we chose to stay in this peaceful place to get away, and yet there are many things to do just a short drive away from this villa if you chose to - Lucca, Pisa, Siena, Florence and many wineries. There is also a vineyard and a winery close by. The basic groceries provided with the stay was a thoughtful touch. Things are well maintained and clean. The owners were fantas-tic. They were very concerned about our satisfaction. Will not hesitate to recommend this place to friends.

Gorgeous Villa

Our group of 10 had a wonderful time in this beautiful villa. Location was great, plenty of room and stunning outdoor spaces. Some minor updates would make it perfect. Neither coffee maker worked well. The towels need to be replaced and the shower heads were wonky. It is such a stunning place, I hope these small issues will be corrected. Despite these inconveniences I would gladly return.

Beautiful home, just missing the mark to be 5 stars

This home and location are stunning. The space is great, the amenities are fabulous, but for the price we had hoped that everything would be perfect. We were not able to use the microwave or stove because the microwave is missing all the numbers and the oven has no instructions so we couldn't cook with it. The kitchen is poorly stocked with few knives/pots/pans. We were unaware that we would have to buy toilet paper, paper towels and 5 kinds of garbage bags. We were given 1 bath towel and a hand towel per person for an entire weeks stay. The sinks in the master bathroom are broken and the faucets are so low you can barely fit your hands under them to wash your hands. There is a gardener there almost every day, he uses the blower as early as 7:30am right next to the windows of the house. Again, the home is stunning and Martina, the house manager is delightful. It was just disappointing that the owners and property management team are not more customer focused.

Loved our stay at Villa Duemani

We enjoyed our stay at this villa. The views are spectacular and the location is perfect for visiting towns nearby; Montecarlo, Pisa, and Lucca. The common space was more than adequate for our large group, and the outside dining area was fabulous. We used it often. The pool looks to be relatively new and was wonderful. The only areas that could use attention would be in the outfitting of the kitchen. We found it lacking in the area of pots, pans and kitchen utensils. Also, some of the bathrooms could use some updating. Otherwise this is a fantastic place. Highly recommend!

We feel so fortunate to have experienced it and can’t wait to go back. We loved it!!

A charming house in a beautiful location. Nearby Monte Carlo is an energetic walk but well worth it. A visit to La Nina restaurant is a must for great hospitality. The pool area is fantastic surrounded by gorgeous views. A car is a must however as local services of any kind are a bit of a way away.
