BUTTS AND/OR ASH ARE DETECTED AT THE END OF THE STAY, THE
SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE WITHHELD TO COVER THE COSTS OF
AIR PURIFICATION, DEODORIZATION AND SANITIZATION OF THE
APARTMENT.

Our SMOKE FREE apartment consists of entrance to living room, large terrace, new kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms with balcony and terrace, bathroom with washing machine. AIR CONDITIONING and independent heating. It is fully furnished and equipped, provided with with cutlery, crockery, pots, electric oven, refrigerator and freezer and a complete range of utensils; washing machine, iron and ironing board. The bathroom has a bathtub. There are two bedrooms: one with double bed, wardrobe with 4 doors and small table with mirror and balcony; the second is smaller and has two single beds, 2-door wardrobe with chest of drawers and terrace. It is possible to accommodate additional guests, in addition to the 4 hosted in the two bedrooms, as, in the living room, the apartment is equipped with 2 sofa beds and 2 sofa beds. It can therefore accommodate up to 8 people altogether. NO PETS ALLOWED. The terrace of the living room is equipped with garden tables and chairs and is ideal for "al fresco" lunch or dinner. Guests will have at their disposal kitchen linen (tablecloths, dish dryer), bed linen (sheets, pillowcases and blankets) and towels (towels, bathrobes and bath towels). At guests' disposal also beach umbrella, trolley / deckchair for transporting beach equipment.
The proximity of the apartment to the airport, the city center and the port, as well as the many wonderful beaches in the surrounding area, make it perfect for a holiday and relaxing stay, as well as for anyone residing in Olbia for some time.

* QUIET TIME BETWEEN 12:00 AND 14:00 AND AFTER 23:00

GUESTS WHO WILL BE STAYING IN THE APARTMENT. I WILL NOT
BE ABLE TO WELCOME GUESTS WHO DO NOT COMPLY WITH THIS
