About the accommodation
This beautiful house for up to 5 guests is located in the beautiful town of Sant Pere just minutes away from the beach! (Mallorca)
The space
The property is the ideal place to spend a wonderful family vacation. It features 3 well-furnished bedrooms. One has a spacious double bed and two others with 2 single beds each. There are also two comfortable bathrooms for our guests to enjoy.
The exterior area is blessed with natural light. Green manicured gardens surround a private swimming pool and cosy sun loungers. There’s a connected resting area next to the swimming adorned with Mallorcan fabrics and red flowers. It invites you to spend an afternoon catching up on your favourite book while drinking a refreshing horchata. What a delight!
The upper area boasts practical loungers covered by an enormous parasol that is perfect for sunbathing so you can brag about your tan back some!

Surroundings:
The area
This beautiful property is located in a picturesque village called 'Colonia de Sant Pere'. The area is well-known for its unexploited natural beauty.
La Colònia de Sant Pere used to be a fishing village. Its ever-present marine tradition bathes the local aesthetic.
It is not a village for the hyperactive! The coastal sounds fill the streets with tranquillity, hugging the ambience with a serene embrace.
As you might have already guessed, big hotels don't disrupt the scene. Only residences can be found in this protected area but don't let the quiet fool you. There's plenty to do!
What to do
Food lovers will enjoy the wide range of restaurants, cafés, wine bars and bistros that Sant Pere offers. The establishments are the best way to try the local cuisine in a way that wouldn't be possible in crowded areas.
All facilities are within walking distance. The property has a centric location near a nautic club, beautiful beaches and promenade by the sea. We recommend the beaches of Betlem, Ca'n Picafort, Playa de Muro or Cala Ratjada which are about 10 to 25 minutes from the villa.
The Ermita de Betlem is a popular spot among visitors.
We also recommend the natural park of Sierra de Levante. It's a breathtaking protected area with many hiking sites.

Check-out
Check-in takes place on the day of arrival from 3 pm and check-out takes place on the day of departure at 10 am. If you need to delay or advance your arrival/departure, please make your request at the time of booking. It might only sometimes be possible, but we will try our best to help you.
Please note that if you arrive at the property after 9 pm, a late check-in fee of €50 will be applied and can be paid in cash on arrival.

Tourist Tax
Since July 1st 2016, the Tax for Sustainable Tourism has been levied on all overnight stays in tourist accommodations on the Balearic Islands. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from the tax.This tax IS INCLUDED IN YOUR RESERVATION.
