Familiengeführtes und betriebenes Boutique-Resort. Ein-und Zwei-Zimmer-Hütten auf dieser Boutique-Eigenschaft zur Verfügung. Eine Hütte hat mindestens ein Queen-Bett und ein Futon, voll ausgestattete Küche, privates Lagerfeuer, Grill, Picknicktisch, abgeschirmte Veranda, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Privatstrand, Kajaks, Ruderboote, Jetski, Pontonboote, SUP-Boards etc.

Wir befinden uns in Lake Luzerne auf halbem Weg zwischen den Aktivitäten auf Lake George, NY und dem Einkaufen und Pferderennen in Saratoga Springs. Wir wohnen auf 700 Fuß Uferpromenade an der Kreuzung von zwei Wasserstraßen, Lake Sacandaga und der Hudson River, bekannt als Tiosaronda Bay.

Very happy here. We came late and Tori made it easy for us to get in the cabin. No one bothers u. It’s peaceful and beautiful. Very beautiful place.

fun getaway

The elms is a great place to get away and relax. When we were there it was full of families having so much fun together. There is lots to do, ping pong, tether ball, volleyball, badminton and canoeing. Pet friendly as well. I enjoyed the cabin and the campfires. Close enough to explore Lake George and Sacandaga for some great dinners out as well.

Peaceful and relaxing

The Elms is Perfectly located with a Beautiful view. Exactly what we were looking for. The cabin was bigger than expected. The screen porch was ideal. Probably the most relaxing trip to date. Chandler greeted us at check-in. Very Kind and enjoyable to talk to. I would recommend to friends and hope to be back myself.

Relaxing and peaceful

The property is clean and well maintained. We chose this because they allow pets, and it is a 15 minute drive to Lake George,away from the crowds. Loved the screened in porch with beautiful views to Lake Luzerne. There is an adequate kitchen if you chose to make your own meals. We were there during the heavy rains in Vermont so water level rose and the dock was not in good shape so boating options were unavailable! But there are plenty of option if the dock is still there! Lovely play area for children.

The Elms

The Elms is a fantastic place to stay. It’s 10 minutes from Lake George and 15 minutes from Glens Falls/Queensbury. The cottages are simple but fine. (could use new mattresses-only complaint) kitchen came w everything you need. Limited outlets so might want to bring power strip to charge phones etc. cottage 8 was perfect location. Overlooking lake and our “yard” space was right on lake w chairs and our own fire pit & bbq. The Elms has wood & charcoal to purchase and there is a Cumberland Farms 2 min’s walking distance. Great place for family and friends.

Not so good.....

People were very nice but the room was poor. Towels had bleach stains, Dirt on fan, only one coffee cup (so we left the one they gave us), fire extinguisher tag showed it expired in 2002. Overall way overpriced. We would not recommend to anyone.

It was okay.

Location of both the property and the cottage is very nice. Cottage is right next to the river so one can enjoy the view sitting on the screened porch. It’s close to Lake George, Glens Falls city and canal hiking trail. Swimming equipment can be accessed any time by the guests. Unfortunately cottage was not very clean. I understand that it’s not a brand new building and has limited space, but finding opened chocolate hershey kisses next to our bed was peculiar experience.

Beautiful Place!

We had a very nice stay! The view was beautiful, very peaceful and relaxing! The cottage was clean the bed comfortable and the owners were very Accommodating & came by shortly after check in to make sure we didn’t need anything Just a short walk away to the local restaurants, pizzeria, liquor store, and a mini mart! Also Aprox. 1 Minute drive to the local grocery store! Thank you, we look forward to coming back!

Phenomenal Lake Getaway

Chandler and the Elms team were phenomenal, very responsive and the location itself was pristine. We loved every minute, quiet and secluded with plenty of lake activities onsite and a short drive to a number of hikes. Highly recommend!

That View

We had an amazing time on our long weekend getaway. Chandler was just the right amount of helpful for us. Everything was clean with hand sanitizer and bleach water for cleaning. We loved all the water toys that were including and the screened in porch was perfect for eating dinner without bugs. It did get a little crowded on Saturday but that's to be expected in the summer months. Totally unexpected but so helpful was being walking distance from store, drinks and pizza. We can't wait to come back.

Relaxing getaway

You can't beat the proximity to the lake and all the amenities (kayaks, paddle boards, paddle boats, and row boats all included - a larger boat and jet skis available for rental). We loved having a screened in front porch with the cabin, so we could sit and look at the lake without worrying about bugs. The property was easy to get to and only 15-20 minutes away from Lake George. There is a pizza place and a Cumberland Farms right behind the property, so we could take a quick walk to get anything we needed. It felt secluded and peaceful despite having these places nearby. The cabin needed some TLC, but having a full cabin that is dog friendly with a kitchen, bathroom, heat, a/c, wifi, a screened in front porch and privacy at this price point in the area is pretty hard to find. Chandler who handled our booking and check in process was great. He gave me lots of info on the property and came to check on us to make sure we had everything we needed.

Laid back and quiet

We stayed in cottage 10 and the main house—preferred the cottage for a great view, bbq, fire pit, and easy access to swimming. Take the kayaks, the watertrike, the rowboats, the SUPs whenever the mood strikes or rent the pontoon for a great day in the river. So dog-friendly!
