This house was just renovated and everything is new, modern and clean. The house looks like brand new construction. It has modern conveniences (quartz kitchen counters, stainless steel kitchen appliances including dishwasher, washer and dryer, air conditioning throughout) but with Adirondack charm with pine on the accent walls and a front porch in the downtown of the town of Lake Luzerne.

This house is across the street from a park that sits on the Hudson River. Have your morning coffee on the picnic table or the benches that look over the Hudson River rapids. Sit by the fire pit on cool nights. Wayside beach on Lake Luzerne is a 5 minute walk through beautiful Mill Park Falls that has stunning views of water falls that connect Lake Luzerne to the Hudson River. This location is walking distance to white water rafting, hiking, a country store, basketball courts, and tennis courts. We supply tennis rackets and a basketball. A 9 hole golf course is 5 minutes away. Lake George, West mountain skiing and six flags Great Escape are 15 minutes away. Gore Mountain is 45 minute drive.

This house is also a 1 minute walk to the Adirondack Folk School where you can take a course in building a boat, blacksmithing, glass arts, woodcarving or many other hands on creations.

This property was amazing! Super clean and had all the amenities for a home away from your home. Check in was very easy. The kitchen was large, clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here with my family again!

Very satisfied highly recommend.

This property was perfect. House was clean and newly renovated. All amenities needed were supplied. Greta night sleep for all. There was a market within a short walking distance. A great little breakfast spot within a 3 min ride or 10 min walk if you are up to it. Beautiful river across the way. A 15 min drive to the heart of the Lake George Town. Owner a pleasure to deal with. My wife and i and our dog loved this property.

Property was convenient and in excellent condition. Great Location to downtown Lake George. Property owner was incredible. We all truly enjoyed it for the second consecutive summer.

Great location / Beautiful home!

It was simply perfect for us! We are a family of 6 adults and 2 small children...and.... 2 dogs! Everything was supplied to us and we found everything so easily because it very well organized. My grandchildren LOVED the tennis courts and basketball court across the street and the nearby (walking distance) beach is beautiful. The only thing I must advise, if you are travelling with dogs or small children, the yard is not fenced in. However we managed with leashes and it's an awesome neighborhood to walk through. And the owner Al is very VERY nice!! :) THX AL!!

Lake George Winter Carnival

We planned the weekend to go see the Ice Castles at Lake George and go snow tubing at West Mountain. The location was perfect. The booklet the owner left us gave us great suggestions for food and activities. The house was beautiful and clean.

Newly renovated, clean, quiet, and comfortable. (no backyard)

Very nicely remodeled house in a small rural town, close drive to Saratoga, and Lake George which is exactly what we wanted. Very clean, modern and new which spoke to our OCD like tendencies. Small beach w/in walking distance, little museum right next door w/ a wonderful tour guide (open thurs/sun only) Cute public library, grocery store down the block and wonderful little hiking trails. Doggie friendly! The school across the street has great little gifts to purchase, and the tennis court and basketball courts are awesome. If you're looking for a RURAL get away, this place is lovely.

House was impeccably clean and stocked with everything we could need. Fantastic location with so much to offer within a 15 minute drive. Beautiful park and beach within walking distance- loved that the house and town were so dog friendly! We had a great stay and can’t wait to return!!

Nice and Quiet

Nicely remodeled property with everything you need. Short hike to the Hudson River with spectacular views. Didn't get to take advantage of the small beach but it looked clean and not too crowded when we looked. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to get away and relax.

Vacation with family

We had the impression that there would be a back yard to sit in & bbq. There is a mountain/hill that starts right at the back of the house. The yard is on the side which is very very small. There is no mention of house being on the actual main road. There is no mention of the house NOT having any yard in the back. Big disappointment for sure. The bathroom doors would not close without shutting them hard without a loud bang. It should be looked into. Inside of the house is equipped well though the queen size beds feel small. Kitchen was awesome
 fully equipped & up to date. The pictures show only the inside & don’t exactly say the outside being on the main road. For the amount we paid, we could’ve gotten some more in the backyard.
