Unsere schöne große und komfortable 2 Schlafzimmer / 2 Badezimmer Wohnung in fußläufiger Entfernung Nicht nur unsere Strände, sondern auch Restaurants und Geschäfte, bieten wir ein gleiches Niveau Pool, Waschmaschine und Trockner, komplett ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Backofen und Herd.

Unser Master-Schlafzimmer ist variabel und komfortabel, beinhaltet Handtücher, Strandtücher, Bettwäsche und Stühle.

I can’t say enough, this property is superb. I highly recommend it. It has everything we needed plus more Everything is conveniently located.Our grandkids loved the heated pool. Highly recommend! The location is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, the beach and Chase Stadium (Inter Miami's home). House was nice and clean and pool was great.

Spent a month – NEGATIVES: 1) Smart TV with minimal (free) channels- Just CBS – no NBC, ABC, ESPN – no football playoffs. 2) Kitchen dated, appliance issues - Built-in microwave not working (dorm-size available 31 days), no lighting over stove. Oven-temperature LED burned out when arrived; oven LOCKED itself day 10, (said TOO HOT to unlock). Temp portable oven provided but no counter space for it with extra microwave. 3) Internet upgrade required (provided after about 10 days) – no incoming phone calls til replaced. POSITIVES: Heated pool, check-in, host responsiveness, clean.

For clarity, the listing advertises a smart TV, but cable or specific sports channels are not included or advertised. Guests who require particular channels (such as sports packages) are always welcome to confirm availability prior to booking. regarding the kitchen appliances, there was fully functional microwave and oven during the stay. the oven locking issue was not reported to me during your stay, I only discovered it after checkout. had I been notified immediately, I would have addressed it right away. As for the internet, it was upgraded few days after your arrival. I am always committed to maintaining a comfortable and well-equipped home and encourage guests to communicate any concerns during their stay so they can be resolved promptly.

Absolutely amazing!

We have been looking for “our spot” in Lauderdale-by-the-sea, and we found it! Such a beautiful setting and the pool is huge! Miranda was terrific! If you are looking for a clean, beautiful rental, this is it. We will be back next year!

Great place; close to everything

Miranda was great and so helpful during our stay. The place is immaculate, the pool area was fantastic (great sun and a place for non sun lovers to shade). Bought some cheap air mattresses and enjoyed the pool. This is duplex so shared pool. We enjoyed the couple staying in the one bedroom; we were both kind and courteous. Great girls trip!

We had a good stay here. the owner is very responsive and accommodating. She was very helpful to our every need. The place is older and not updated. Only wish we had a TV in the main bedroom. we like to wind down at the end of the day to relax in bed. The AC wasn't working very well, but she had the guy there within 15 minutes to get it fixed. There is plenty of parking and a private fenced in area for our little dog to potty. the pool was nice, but it is shared with the other unit there, but we got lucky we didn't see them LOL. The beds are comfortable, and the shower is hot, which is all that matters. I highly recommend staying here! Very convenient to all the restaurants and beach!

Clean, convenient, so much fun!

Just got back from our beautiful stay! In our party we had 1 adult and 2 children, ages 8 and 10. The accommodations were fabulous. CLEAN plenty of space for everyone to move around and spread out if needed. Plenty of closet dresser and bathroom storage space to organize if you prefer that. Outdoor pool area was more beautiful than the pictures showed. Pool was clean. Super close to beach, we would walk there more than once a day, easy walk to commercial blvd. I had a rental car but didn’t need it to get around, I only used it to bring groceries home and go on an adventure to the Everglades. Kitchen had all that we needed. Washer and dryer were fabulous!!! If I ever need to buy a new one, this is the only front loader I ever liked.

December in Ft Lauderdale

The "Few minutes to the Beach" location is fantastic. The house is 3 blocks away from a public beach access points and 4-5 blocks away from several bars and restaurants (Tacocraft Taqueria has a great Happy Hour!!), very convenient to Publix and several drug stores. Everything that you could need is accessible by foot. The pool and the outdoor area at the house is great. The beds, furniture and accommodations are wonderful. Communication with the Owner was great with a very easy check in/check out process. And, she has a few extra goodies in the house such as beach towels, beach chairs, even an umbrella. The home was very clean. The home is a bit older, and the only drawback is a very small kitchen. However, the kitchen does include a stove/oven/microwave, dishwasher and a refrigerator. My family uses the kitchen for a light breakfast and a small lunch, so there are no heavy duty cooking requirements for us. This is clearly demonstrated in the photos provided, which should not be a surprise to anyone. We would stay at this location again for a beach vacation because of the close proximity to all the key locations described above.

Clean but…

While this property checks all the ratings here, it was far from ideal. Good location, easy check in, and good communication with the owner.The overall appearance is shabby, in need of exterior and interior painting and maintenance. The furnishings also are shabby. The kitchen was well stocked, but the oven didn’t work properly. But the biggest problem we had was the patio and pool area. Two lounge chairs were completely broken. The owner replaced them after I told her they were unsafe to use, but these replacements were also second-hand. The cushions on all chairs were old and dirty. The grill as rusted through and through and needs to be replaced. However, the biggest problem we had was the pool. After paying an additional charge to have the pool heated, the heater wasn’t working for one half of our stay. The pool maintenance company would come, after we notified the owner, and get it running again. It would stop again within 24 hours. Additionally, the filter didn’t work either, so the pool was dirty with debris. The tiles inside the pool edge were grimy. I might have been more forgiving about the pool maintenance if we hadn’t paid for heating the pool.

Our stay was wonderful. The house was very clean, and Mira was responsive and attentive to all our questions. The location was perfect, and everything we needed was just a short walk away. The pool was excellent, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. We would definitely return for another vacation!!

Great place, great location

Great unit, part of a duplex with shared pool. Neighbor is close on pool side, so I am sure that a party crowd wouldn’t be ideal. For us with just one toddler, it was perfect. Pool has shade in morning and light at night. While not childproofed, there isn’t much for a kid to hurt or vice versa. The location is awesome. That’s why we picked the place. Five minute walk to bars/restaurants/pier, beach, or the grocery store. You don’t really need a rental car. Has all the basic needs with a separate master bath. It was immaculately clean. First place I have stayed in Florida where I haven’t seen any bugs inside, so it’s treated. That being said, if you plan to be outside, bring a couple citronella candles to have by poolside. That’s not the owners fault, that’s just Florida when breezes are light. Will definitely stay again.

Very nice place, clean and comfortable. A little further walk to the beach than I would have liked (although the rest of my family was fine with it). Convenient to supermarket and restaurants. Didn't even have to rent a car, just Uber'ed to and from the airport. Having the pool was a nice plus (but bring some bug spray because the back yard, although very pretty was a little buggy) We needed an extra umbrella and the owner got it to us within an hour of us asking for it.

Great place to stay

This villa was perfect for my family. Plenty of room, well stocked with everything you need, and nicely decorated and clean. It was great that.my husband and I had a private room with a king bed and my kids were comfortable in a shared room with two beds.
