*Iris Beach Front Residence, is part of Kimata BeachFront Retreats, an iconic complex which includes six independent holiday homes in total, each of them with separate facilities & private entrances. Kindly note that due to the design of the complex some of the areas may be overlooked. All homes feature their own reserved sun-beds at the beach located in-front of the complex.

The private pool (6x3m, 1.2m depth, non-heated) is perfectly positioned to gaze out over the water, with elegant sun loungers ideal for sunbathing or reading to the sound of the waves. Prepare a Cretan feast in the charcoal BBQ and enjoy al fresco meals under the linen-shaded dining area. The beachfront deck offers mesmerising sunset views—a front-row seat to nature’s most beautiful show.



Internal Living | Beds & Baths

Designed across one single-level layout, this 145m² residence offers convenience and comfort in equal measure. With an open-plan design and abundant natural light, the interiors blend modern comfort with coastal aesthetics. Accommodating up to six guests in real beds, plus one extra guest on a folding bed upon request, Iris Residence offers thoughtful details and warm hospitality. The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is ideal for families, friends, or couples travelling together. The maximum capacity is 7 guests.
