This was our second visit to the villa once again from the outset the service and communication was first class. Very helpful with any questions you have. The villa is in a perfect location on arrival the whole place including the outside areas were spotless I can’t fault one thing. We love the villa and Moraira it feels like coming home

Fantastic location

Just returned home after spending 2wks at Villa Limoneros and what a great time we had. Generous sized house with a lovely large pool and only a 5 minute stroll to the sea & restaurants. Checking in and out was really easy, HMR Holidays made everything really easy. Thanks very much!

Best location for a quiet chilled holiday

I love the location of this Villa, easy walk into town for a fabulous variety of places to eat and drink. You do need a car for supermarket shopping and the odd day trip but other than that you can walk everywhere. The Villa is all one level and has its own pool, the new large screen TV was a welcome addition. HMR holidays are great to deal with and I have been using them for around 10 years staying in this property or Villa Katy just around the corner. Highly recommended, I have just spent 10 days here and will be again booking for next year. I think the quality of the bedding linen could be improved, nicer pillows and a few lightweight summer duvets would be beneficial. The Villa can 6 but the lounge doesn’t really have suitable comfortable seating for 6. A review of the glasses and cups would be good, maybe a decent set of each rather than what feels like leftovers from different seasons. The wardrobes house lots of cushions that can’t be used and take up space. A couple of sun chairs outside would be a good addition as one of guests struggles with laying down. There is a lovely veranda to sit on but it gets full sun until late in the day, having a sun blind would be useful in order to make more use of this space.

We had a great time in Moraira.

We had a great time in Moraira. The villa is great, and the pool is lovely. Thank you so much for flexibility with check in and check out, which was amazing. The local guide and recommendations were really helpful, and we made use of them for restaurants and the excellent advice for a day trip to Valencia. Many thanks for a great holiday!

Excellent holiday

Recently stayed here so quiet and relaxing. The villas has everything you will need it was very clean and well presented. Service and communication with HMR Holidays is spot on nothing is too much trouble they are extremely helpful. We loved it so much we booked for next year whilst staying there The only thing I would suggest is plastic glasses for when you’re around the pool.

Beautiful

Really enjoyed our week here. Loads of shade if required by and beautiful sun trap and views from the roof top terrace. Fantastic Location and extra large comfy beds. Loved having fresh oranges with breakfast from the tree in the garden. The pool was slightly too small to exercise but good to cool off in.

Fabulous villa, Fabulous resort, Fabulous company.

Villa Limoneros is a great villa in a lovely location if you want a relaxing holiday! The pool is a good size and seriously the warmest pool I've ever been in. The villa is comfortable and cool with everything you need. The location is the other fabulous thing about this villa - just a short walk down to some lovely restaurants and bars - or only another 15 minutes into the centre of Moraira which has a lovely vibe. HMR are a great company to deal with. You get the feeling they are always their via Whatsapp if you need them, but completely unobtrusive to let you get on with your holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and as a group of 5 adults we found the villa perfectly big enough. Just small things really: - A previous occupant said it could do with some plastic beakers to carry water out into the pool area rather than glass which is a good suggestion. - The a/c unit in the back (not master) bedroom isn't great and might need a new unit. It was cool rather than cold despite us going through all the settings very carefully. (I was in the main bedroom and the a/c was excellent by comparison.) - The front bedroom doesn't have an a/c remote but can be worked either manually or with one of the other remotes.)

Fantastic

The villa is modern, clean and is in a great location. It was really well equipped with kitchen utensils and glassware. Communication with the owners was fab and it was lovely to have a personal meet and greet on arrival. The bottle of fizz was very much appreciated too! Would definitely look to book again with this company. Not much to improve! Aircon in the bedrooms was great, particularly given the heat during our stay! However, the main bedroom unit was not as good as the other two and struggled to cool the bedroom on occasions. The other two rooms seemed to have better units?

Location, location, location

Lovely secluded villa in a GREAT location close to amenities and within a 15min walk to central Moraira. Well maintained garden and pool which was well used on some of the extremely hot days during our trip. HMR team responded quickly to any minor issue via WhatsApp which was easy and convenient. Highly recommended Glassware and cutlery weren't particularly clean so we put everything through the dishwasher before we used them. Broken window blind you know about. Mosquito nets on the windows would be useful.

Lovely villa, perfect location!

We stayed here for 2 weeks and loved every minute. HMR Villas are an outstanding, friendly company and highly responsive - thanks to all the team! The villa is a 10 minute coastal walk to the main beach and you can be in the centre of Moraira in 15 mins. At the same time it is also incredibly private and quiet. The best of both worlds. Outstanding living and bedroom space, 2 lovely bathrooms and excellent air con in all bedrooms. There is no air con in the main living space but that doesn’t matter as the cold air flows through from the bedrooms. A really nice pool area with loads of room and a perfect-sized pool. The property has a lockable gate with intercom and sliding door for the car. Once you’re locked up for the night it feels very secluded and secure. We loved it so much we booked for next year whilst staying!

We love Villa Limoneros

Amazing villa, amazing location (no car needed, apart from for shopping), 7 min walk to main beach, 5 min walk to multiple excellent restaurants. A quiet, very private, location that is simply a slice of paradise. A couple of minor points. These are provided in the best possible sense (definitely not complaints!!!) so you can address them In the kitchen: the coffee machine is a bit temperamental - several times I dropped a pod in and it only produced a couple of drops of coffee. Not a major issue. In the front bedroom the light switch is broken to right of bed. As I said - minor only. Other than this the villa is outstanding and HMR team are the best, incredibly supportive and responsive and great to liaise with (thanks as always Matthew!)

This was our first visit to Moraira and it did not disappoint.

This was our first visit to Moraira and it did not disappoint. The property was perfectly located with a short walk to the beach, town, supermarket, bars and restaurants. The host was very helpful with great communication and helpful recommendations. The property excelled our expectations. It was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. Essentials such as dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, handsoap, cloths, a couple of washing pods were a great help not all properties provide these. The kitchen was very well equipped with good cooking facilities, a large fridge freezer and a coffee machine. Lots of condiments were also available, should you wish to cook. The outside area was lovely, the pool was clean and plenty of sunbeds as well as outside table and chairs. Had the weather been better we would have used the BBQ provided. We would not hesitate to book with Iain again. Infact we are already planning a trip next Easter. Thank you Iain for making our stay so perfect.

small and nice little house in a good location

The little house has everything you need. It's very private, the car is sheltered on the property and the location is just perfect for walking distance. When we arrived the garden was unfortunately not in the best condition. This was of course due to the good occupancy rate and there was no time for the gardeners to come between rentals. But after we informed Ian, they reacted immediately and the gardeners came by the next day to put everything in order. We would like to highlight the contact and helpfulness of Ian (HMR Holidays) in particular.
