Jenny, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We are so glad your multi-generational family enjoyed your holiday and made good use of the comfortably warm pool. We appreciate your comments and would love to clarify a couple of details for future guests: Our generous 9m x 5m pool features built-in Roman steps leading into a 3 foot 9 inch shallow end, which gently slopes down to 6’6” at the deep end. We find this layout works wonderfully for most ages, though we appreciate every family's preferences differ! We were a bit surprised by the "tired" comment, as we take great pride in keeping the property updated. Just this past May (2026), we completed a brand-new fitted kitchen and remodeled the upper living area. This follows a major transformation where we added internal stairs, modern bedrooms with direct terrace access, and brand-new luxury shower facilities only 3 years ago. We also take immense pride in our grounds, which offer many distinct seating spaces designed for guests to gather and enjoy either the glorious all day sun or much-welcomed shade throughout the summer months. That said, we completely take on board your comment regarding the indoor lounge seating for larger groups of 9, and we will certainly look into ways to optimise that space.
