Indoor facilities
Villa Kambos is a two-storey villa that can host up to 7 people. The streamlined interior and functional, with features only an expert’s eye can immediately pick out! Entering the villa on the ground floor you will find a spacious open area with a fully equipped contemporary kitchen that has branded appliances and facilities, making holiday cooking a most pleasurable experience. The area is completed with a dining and a living room with a big flat-screen smart TV with satellite channels and furniture that is specially designed to match the essence of this villa. On the same floor, you will find a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a shower offering complete privacy and autonomy for you. Luxury and modern design complete the scenery of contemporary architecture and high-quality products. Every corner of this villa feels like an interior magazine coming to life. On the upper floor, you will find two more spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and an amazing sea view from the balcony, where you won’t be surprised if you feel like you’ve found heaven on earth. Peaceful and relaxing this place with both an inside living area and an outside terrace, You can relax with plenty of space and a good book in hand!

Outdoor facilities
The swimming pool with a pool area and the lounge space with the sunbeds make the ideal spot to relax while gazing at the gorgeous sunset. Pretty close to the pool area exists a dining table for moments of relaxation for you and your family where you can have your coffee, a BBQ, and sunbeds to enjoy the Cretan sun little things that will impress you. The villa offers great accessibility to the sea and at the same time, you can have complete privacy and autonomy. The private garden lawn creates a surrounding that completes the beauty of the villa. Don’t forget that a secure parking area is provided outside of the villa with a charger for the electric cars.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
