Apartment Anita is new apartment which consists of one double bedroom (180x200cm), another bedroom (two single beds 90x200 cm), one bathroom with shower, kitchen, dining room and living room. There are 3 air conditioning. There is no washing machine. Apartment has it's own separate entrance with private terrace and a private balcony from living room.
Apartment is located on the 1st floor which means steps and climbing up. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, but beach towels are not provided. Private parking just in front of the apartment.
Apartment Anita sits in the beautifully tranquil Zaton Bay just 10 minutes from the busy city center.

Just 10 minutes from the busy city centre on a peaceful village road, and only a short walk from the bus stop, Apartment Anita (House Tereza) sits on a quiet and relaxing seafront overlooking the beautifully tranquil Zaton Bay.

Swimming is LITERALLY on your doorstep, without even having to cross a road, and without encountering a long, hot climb up the cliffs, which is more usual around the Dubrovnik area. We are offering private waterfront with sunbeds & umbrellas included. Waterfront is shared with other guests staying in House Tereza.

There are several restaurant and two well equipped mini-markets near the bus stop, and several other good restaurants a gentle stroll away, within easy walking distance around the bay. But you may not want to dine out once you have enjoyed your covered terrace to dine al fresco, overlooking the sea. Sunbathe on the sun terrace with your sun bed & umbrella. Or, if you are feeling more energetic we have paddle board for hire, and boat trips to the Islands.

Great place

Great views. Host was very prompt and responsive. Great location. Easy to get on the bus and be in Dubrovnik quickly without having to worry about parking. Good restaurants nearby.

Relaxing and enjoyable stay beside beautiful Zaton Bay

The owners couldn't have been more helpful, suggesting where we might like to eat and arranging a wonderful boat trip to the three nearest islands. The apartment was simple but spacious, with 2 balconies with sea views that caught the sun at different times of the day. Highly recommended.

Perfect location

Lovely property right on the waters edge and a short walk to supermarkets and restaurants. Easy bus ride to Dubrovnik. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The weather wasn’t great but we still had a great couple of days.

Great relaxing location right on the water, just outside Dubrovnik. Beautiful location. Quiet. Family is fantastic. Can drive into town or on bus route. Several great restaurants nearby. Apartment is very nice, plenty of amenities and host will do just about anything for you.

Zaton Bay Perfect Location

Just came back from a wonderful one week stay. Beautiful views and location, 10 – 15 minutes away from busy Dubrovnik. Hosts arranged door to door collection from Lopud Island, airport transfers and a wonderful boat trip. Mini market, restaurants, pharmacy all within walking distances. No car required as bus service very good and the hosts will arrange transport. Highlight, walking out of the apartment and straight into the Adriatic, a must after a hot day of sightseeing. Zaton is a beautiful bay, & our apartment had spectacular views. One photo is now my phone display. We walked round the bay every evening, which was lovely. Most days we caught the bus to various places, didn’t bother hiring a car. Even the bus ride has spectacular views. Swimming off the dock at House Teresa was delightful, crystal-clear water. A truly wonderful holiday. Luko and his family were great hosts.

Amazing spot for a quiet break

We had a wonderful experience, the owners arranged transfers for us, were there to meet us and answer any questions. A beautiful setting, in a quiet spot, but easy enough to get a short bus ride into Dubrovnik and a short walk to a few restaurants and mini market. Looking straight out onto the water was amazing, you can just walk down the steps and into the sea for a swim! We hired a kayak from the owners for the day which was lots of fun. The sea in the bay is very calm and clean. The apartment has lots of space and storage in the bedrooms and was equipped with everything we needed to self cater for a week.

Beautiful location. Can walk to restaurants, little market, beach, and bus stop.

We loved our stay. Super close to Old Town Dubrovnik and other towns. We were in one of the upstairs apartments with sizable bedrooms and private baths. Kitchen is small, but you’re on vacation. There is a fridge and 2 burners should you want to cook though. Their is ac, although we slept with windows open our whole stay. This is not a 5 star hotel, but it was exactly what we were looking for. Definitely use Luko as a resource; he was very helpful. And ask him to arrange for his taxi guy (his son in law) to take you to Ston...beautiful town with an amazing stone wall hike. Good food too.

Wonderful

The 2 best things about our apartment was the view (magnificent views over the bay) and the proximity to the water. One of the days we thought of going to a beach- but we realised beaches are for people who don’t have this! Apart from that, the apartment is in a good location for restaurants and is close to Dubrovnik-Neretva. For daily shopping there are small supermarkets nearby, but if you want foods people from Ireland or the uk would prefer- Lidl is about 20 minutes drive away ( and it’s a great drive with magnificent scenery). All in all I would highly recommend this apartment and I thank Luko and his family for their hospitality

Happy Holiday

Just back after a truly relaxing and wonderful week in Apartment Anita in House Tereza. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and superbly situated overlooking the bay. Indeed one of the many highlights of our stay was sitting on the balcony at breakfast or lunch, enjoying the wonderful view There are several reasonably priced restaurants within 10 minutes' walking distance ; the Dandy, the Babilon and a great pizza place in or you can take a pleasant half hour stroll round to Zaton Veliki to the more upmarket Ankora or Zasar Luko and Tereza, our hosts, were very welcoming and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble for them. Luko has prepared a comprehensive folder with information on tourist attractions, boat trips, bus timetables car hire, restaurants, shops etc, which was extremely helpful. All in all,l we had a wonderful week here and are looking forward to returning soon

Traumhafte Location an der kroatischen Adria

Ein toller Urlaub, super Wetter, ein perfektes Domizil an der kroatischen Adria … einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Zaton, Dubrovnik und Umgebung. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Meer. Traumhafte Aussicht und mediterranes Urlaubsflair bei jedem Blick vom eigenen Balkon. Näher kann man nicht am Wasser wohnen. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und die Unterkunft war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Hier erwartet den Gast, im Vergleich zu anderen spartanisch eingerichteten Ferienwohnungen oder Häusern, eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Auch sonst hat der Gastgeber an vieles gedacht. Überall in der Wohnung, in jedem Raum, gibt es ausreichend Möglichkeiten Dinge aufzuhängen und zu verstauen (großzügige Gardroben und Schränke ausreichend Haken im Bad). Das Beste ist, dass sich alle Räume verdunkeln lassen. Einfach klasse. Bei allen anderen positiven Bewertungen können wir uns unseren Vorrednern nur anschließen. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt und die Gastfreundschaft. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und kommen wieder 😀 Hvala ! Alexander

Perfekte Lage

Diese Ferienwohnung liegt perfekt. Aus der Tür raus direkt ins Meer. Kein Planen, was man alles mitnehmen muss, weil man vom Grundstück direkt ins Wasser springen kann. Die Gegend ist wunderschön. Wer nicht unbedingt die top sanierte Ferienwohnung sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Super Haus!Mega Gastfamilie!

Alles wie angegeben sehr zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist wirklich Traumhaft, schön ruhig. Vermieter sind jederzeit zu erreichen und helfen bei Problemen! Als meine Frau eine Blasenentzündung hatte war der Vermieter so freundlich uns ins nächste Krankenhaus nach Dubrovnik zu fahren und bei der Abwicklung zu helfen - dafür nochmals herzlichen Dank. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolle Aussicht, super Service

Die Aussicht aus dem Fenster war wie auf den Bildern, Luko und Tereza in jeder Hinsicht aufmerksame und freundliche Gastgeber. Die Verständigung war auf englisch problemlos und auf deutsch möglich. Zum Haus gehörte eine Badestelle, die man sich mit den anderen Gästen gut teilen konnte. Sandstrände sucht man allerdings vergeblich. Einen Bus nach Dubrovnik und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es in der Nähe, ebenso einfache Restaurants. Wir, Eltern und zwei Kinder (14 und 18) haben einen rundum gelungenen Urlaub in Zaton verbracht. Wir machten tolle Ausflüge nach Dubrovnik, auf Inseln Lokrum und Lopud, mit dem Mietauto (von Luko organisiert) nach Split (toll!), Montenegro und Bosnien (Mostar ist sehr zu empfehlen). Die Zimmer waren gepflegt - wenn wir unbedingt etwas mäkeln wollen, dann war es die etwas kleine und sparsam ausgestattete Küche, wichtig, weil wir uns überwiegend selbst verpflegt haben. Vielleicht wären Fliegengitter auch eine Idee? Mückenschutz ist nützlich. Ansonsten: Sehr zu empfehlen - und der Blick ist ein Traum!

Relaxing

A beautifully located little flat. Good location within walking distance of supermarket, restaurants and bus stops. Plenty to do to keep the most active in your party occupied, yet sun loungers around water for those just wanting to chill!

Zaton Bay

What a beautiful part of Croatia, only 10 minutes away from Dubrovnik, having said that it might as well be 100 miles for the peace and quiet of a beautiful picturesque bay, yachts coming and going all day long. Our hosts Luko, Tereza and family were most welcoming and informative. We stayed in apartment Anita on the first floor with our own entrance, two balconies facing the sea, spacious apartment for four people albeit no living room space, an adequate kitchen and sitting area with air conditioning to keep you cool during the very hot days and evenings. Swimming 🏊‍♀️ is only twenty steps away into the crystal clear Adriatic, and yes it’s warm and safe. Do take a walk across the other side of the bay to the next village, another three restaurants as well as the two on your own side .... spoilt for choice.. on your walk across the bay to Zaton Veliki go through the village up to the end and you will find a cafe / bar ( Popeye) well it is thirsty work in the heat, also in Veliki you can book a three Island cruise, a super day away with wine and a meal built into the price ..Excellent Value.. Thank you so much Luko and Tereza for your Hospitality.. would we come back.. no question YES.

A favorite!!!

Supermysigt ställe, mysig och lugnt område

Välskötta lägenheter, trevliga husvärdar och ett väldigt bra helhetsintryck. Huset ligger fint i en vik med gångavstånd till restauranger. Kan verkligen varmt rekommendera att på detta ställe.

A perfect vacation for a family

The apartment was nice and clean and had a wonderful view over the ocean. The familyhosts was so kind and helpful. Our stay there was unforgettable. A nice calm village 10 minuts from Dubrovnik and had restaurants with great food. We really recommend this apartment :)

Excellent place, views and hosts!! Many thanks

Many thanks to Luko, Anita and all the family for being such great hosts. We enjoyed very much the 10 days we spent at apartment Anita. The apartment was very comfortable and we had great views of the lovely and peaceful Zaton bay. There are great places to visit nearby. We went few days to Dubrovnik by bus and taxi, and both options were really good. Luko helped us to rent a car and we went for a day to visit few towns in BiH. One of my favourite places near Dubrovnik was the lively coastal town of Cavtat. We also liked the boat trips to nearby islands and the caves. Once again many thanks....

Parfait pour découvrir le sud de la Croatie

Appartement simple mais fonctionnel avec une vue splendide. Accueil très chaleureux et très sympathique des propriétaires qui donnent de précieuses informations. La maison est très bien située au calme. Pratique tout peut se faire à pied ... courses restaurants bus ... . Belle balade, baignades ... Je recommande cette Location les yeux fermés.
