Wunderschön!

"Die Wohnung ist sehr sch...

"Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, funktional ausgestattet und befindet sich in einem alten Palazzo. Sie liegt direkt am Lungomare, von dort aus kann man mit einem Tragflächenboot auf die nahegelegenen Inseln (Capri, Ischia, usw.) gelangen. Auch Bushaltestellen in alle Direktionen, U-Bahn, viele Pizzerien und Restaurants sind praktisch um die Ecke. Die Besitzer sind sehr hilfsbereit und diskret. Great Place to Stay in Napoli

We really enjoyed this apartment. It was near the waterfront and we took a few walks along there to enjoy the beautiful weather. There is a lift to get your bags to the second floor flat. Inside it was very clean and airy. We used the Metro to get to the older parts of the city and that was very helpful. If you travel a lot you know how important it is to get to know how the local transit works. It is a great way to get around and saves lots of money. Napoli is of course the birthplace of pizza and there is a great spot just across the square called 50 Kalo. We went after 9pm as there is usually a line-up before then. We also went to the old part of the city to a place called Pizza & Passione. Amazing as well. Tucked into a little side street it was highly rated and met the standard.

Appartement très bien situé

Appartement situé à 5 minutes à pied de la gare de Mergellina, ce qui permet de rejoindre le centre de Naples en 10/15minutes notamment la gare centrale de Naples en 15 minutes. De la gare, Herculanum est accessible en train en 20 minutes et Pompei en 40 minutes. L'appartement se trouve à 200 mètres du bord de mer et à environ 1km à pied du castel dell'ovo. On trouve tout autour des petits commerces et de nombreux restaurants. L'appartement se situe dans un immeuble très calme et est tout à fait conforme à la description qui en est faite sur Internet. Il dispose de la climatisation ce qui était notamment très apprécié dans une période où les températures restaient assez élevées la nuit. Un seul petit bémol concernant les ustensiles de cuisine. Il serait peut être opportun de d'ajouter une petite casserole pour faire chauffer de l'eau pour les adeptes du café lyophilisé. Enfin, les contacts avec le propriétaire ont été extrêmement simples et l'accueil, réalisé par sa nièce sur place, très cordial. Je mentionnerai pour terminer une délicate attention du propriétaire : une bouteille d'eau fraîche et une bouteille de vin italien nous attendaient à notre arrivée ! Nous séjournerons s volontiers dans cette location si nous sommes susceptibles de revenir à Naples.

Ouesta è la terza volta che abbiamo passato con Mario. Il appartamento è dotato con tutto la comodità, specie per noi che amiamo cucinare. A pochi passi, ci sono tutti i negozi per fare la spesa, è siamo molto vicini alla stazione Mergellina e gli autobus che ci portano nel centro storico. Poi siamo sistemati in una zona bellissima vicino il mare dove ci sono ristoranti dove si mangia bene. Noi consideriamo Sannazzaro come la secondo casa!

Fantastic in Naples!

We absolutely loved Mario’s apartment in Naples (Mergelina)! It is in a super building in a super location. It is very easy for visiting the entire Naples area. It is super comfortable and well appointed. The air conditioning and window screens to keep out the dreaded mosquitos were outstanding. It made the time very, very enjoyable. Mario is a super owner who was extremely responsive and very helpful. We cannot recommendMario’s apartment enough. We will definitely return!!

Bel immeuble proche d'une marina très agréable, très animée et jalonnée de bars restaurants et glaciers très accueillants. A great apartment in the best place in town

We stayed in the Bianca apartment in the Margellina neighborhood and loved it. The place is roomy with useful small kitchen, high ceilings, roomy bedroom and comfortable beds. It is close to a Metro line (#2,#6) and buses, less then a block from the sea and the promenade and in a safe, clean and friendly neighborhood. Many small shops and services, restaurants and bars. The apartment has a washing machine (very handy) and an elevator. In short it is a great one for short or long stay.

Fantastic Napoli

The apartment was fantastic. It is a great size and gave us plenty of room. It is well appointed and we had everything we needed for the kitchen. It made our time there very easy and enjoyable. Appartement très agréable

Nous avons apprécié l'appartement de Mario car situé dans un quartier résidentiel et tres sécurisé(deux portes blindées)Deux jeunes gens tres gentils nous ont accueillis.l'appartement est très propre et bien équipé. Tout près (200m environ)du métro 2 on est dans le centre de naples en très peu de temps. Wonderful apartment in Naples

This was an amazing apartment in Mergillina, not too far from downtown Naples. The apartment is big, bright, well equipped and very clean. It is a beautiful older building in a safe area. We often walked around at night time, without fear or concern. There are many excellent restaurants within walking distance. Also grocery stores. The apartment well set up for making your own meals. The subway station is a 5 min. walk. The public transportation system is excellent, we used the subway and trains often. Séjour magique à Naples

L'appartement est situé au premier étage d'un "palazzo". Il est imposant de par la hauteur de plafond, ce qui permet de garder une fraîcheur bienvenue dispensée par les climatiseurs. Un salon-séjour-cuisine fonctionnel, une grande chambre à coucher : tout est satisfaisant. L'entrée de l'immeuble est sous la responsabilité d'un gardien (très avenant) : sécurité assurée. Le métro (station "Mergellina") n'est qu'à 250 m et permet de se déplacer facilement. Enfin nous avons été reçus très gentiment par deux jeunes gens qui nous ont proposé aide et conseils. Je recommande donc chaudement cette location.

Ottima Ubicazione ottimo rapporto con i propietari

Nulla di meglio per una visita a Napoli. Zona molto elegante e ben collegata, la metro è solo a 200 metri dall'appartamento. Appartamento ben rifinito e ben fornito del necessario. Good impression of the apartment and neighborhood.

Dino and Emilia were very accommodating, pleasant and took care of our needs like driving us to the sites and taking us to the grocery. The apartment is well furnished and close to a subway station. There is a great pizzeria and a small Conad grocery store nearby.

Just what we wanted

When we arrived Dino was at the corner waiting for us. He showed us in, explained everything and was on his way. The apartment is in an older building, has high ceilings, well equipped, and is quiet at night. We want places that are not in the tourist district, and that is what we got. It has a couple of grocery stores 1 street north and within a 5 minute walk, plenty restaurants, close to the water front and we always felt safe. You can't go wrong staying here.

This apartment exceeded out expectations. The kitchen and utensils were well furnished, making it easy to prepare a simple dinner. The large bedroom was nice and airy. The bathroom was sufficient. Nice apartment with good location

We recently stayed at the apartment in Mergellina and were very happy with our stay. The apartment was nice, spacious, and stocked with everything we needed. The location is convenient to walks along the waterfront as well as to shops and restaurants. If you are driving, just bear in mind that the routes from the apartment to the A3 and the Tangenziale can be quite traffic-filled and add significantly to your trips.

FABULEUX TRES BIEN SITUE, CALME ET TRES CLASSE

Merci à DIno pour son accueil, et son écoute L 'appartement est très grand, la cuisine très bien agencée avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, la salle de bain toute neuve et la wifi très rapide, une fois connectée. Seul bémol les matelas du lit d'appoint et du canapé un peu usés mais cela n'a pas gâché notre séjour. Naples est une ville extraordinaire à découvrir et redécouvrir, nous reviendrons.

The appartment was great, well finished,cclclean

Location of appartment was great, the appartment was safe quiet and clean, but the host could have supplied just a few more of the day to day needs for a traveler. This was our second rental in Italy and there was no salt, pepper, coffee, sugar or cooing oil that was found in our first rental. People traveling should not have to buy these things in each place they were all available in our Rome appartment but not even toiletries were found in Naples.

Una Vacanza dei Sogni (A Dream Vacation

There are not enough words to describe what a wonderful experience we had renting the Sannazzaro Apartment in the beautiful quarter of Chiaia at Mergellina. First of all our hosts were just the best. Mario and his brother, Dino, and Emilia, Dino's wife, couldn't do more to make us feel welcome and at home. They were ready to help us reach some of the places that would have been difficult to see without a car, especially Baia and Cuma and the less well known archeological sights. The apartment, itself, was one of the best equipped we had ever had. The kitchen was new and spotless and contained every piece of cooking equipment a cook like me would need to create for herself some of the typical Napoletana dishes with the bountiful produce found right around the corner. Unlike other parts of Chiaia, this section had everything: vegetable stores, fish stores, butchers, pastry shops, supermarkets (that deliver to your apartment). It was a cook's paradise. Another great thing was that is was only a few steps away from a veritable treasure trove of restaurants to fit everyone's pocket, each one serving authentic cusine of the South. Then there were the cafes along the lungo mare where you could gaze and the views of Vesuvius or watch the passaggiata that happens every evening. As far as access to public transportation, you couldn't find a more central location. There were plenty of buses to take you to the historic center of the city, and the 140 bus traveling west winds through the breathtaking neighborhood of Posillipo. Also, being able to just walk to Mergellina Station Linea 2 gave us the ability to travel around most of the city, including the ability to transfer to Linea 1 and the Circumvesuviana and Cumana lines. And I shouldn't forget the ability to reach Pozzuoli and its borgo marinaio. I should mention that the apartment faces on an extremely quiet courtyard and garden. The sounds of this lively city never entered into this Palazzo d'Epoca built around l890. Also, the Internet worked perfectly which is something that was extremely important to us. We hope to be able to return to this place soon, and we would recommend it and its welcoming hosts to our friends and family here in the US and in Italy. Grazie Mario, Dino and Emilia!!!

Très bonne location

L'appartement "Bianca" est situé dans un immeuble occupé par beaucoup de professions libérales et est en très bon état (doubles vitrages, four neuf, ...) et très propre. Il donne sur une petite rue en impasse, donc un calme appréciable très à Naples. Le chauffage fonctionne parfaitement ce qui peur être appréciable en hiver ou simplement pour se réchauffer après avoir pris la pluie. La rue d'à côté est très commerçante pour faire des courses. Les bus 140 et 151 permettent de rejoindre le centre historique facilement. seule petite remarques : les fixations de la douche (plastique cassé) à réparer et quelques verres à vin seraient les bienvenus

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in the beautiful 'Appartmento Bianca' which is located in a great building (with elevator) in the upscale Mergellina area. It is most comfortable and has all amenities including air conditionaing & wifi and it is exactly like the photographs on this web site. Many shops, cafes & markets are close by, where any food items can be purchased On arrival we were met at the station, as pre-arranged by Dino-Mario's brother, who also drove us to the airport for our departure. This was an excellent service offered by Mario. We also took advantage of having Dino's wife as our driver, for a day trip to Pompei. The Pizzas in Naples are the best and our favourite place was definitley the Pizzeria accross the road. The apartment is close to the Marina and the seafront where we spent many evenings walking the 'esplanade' and enjoying the occasional gelato. We found a cheap way of seeing the City by way of Bus #140 where for E1.30, you have 90 minutes of travel on any public transit, including the Funiculares. From the bus stop accross the road, it basically covers the same route as the Hop-On Hop-Off buses which cost E22.00+ We can fully recommend 'Appartmento Bianca'. You will not be disappointed when you choose this apartment as your Naples base.
