Awesome apartment in the heart of Naples. Lots of space with 2 levels and great balcony. Host (Antoinetta) was fantastic. Quick to respond to any questions and very helpful in recommending restaurants for a special occasion dinner! If you are looking for a quiet place to stay, I suggest something out in the countryside. This is in a vibrant, lively neighborhood with plenty of options for food very close by. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Charming and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay very much. It is located in historic and cultural area right next to a University. Many shops, bars, and restaurants in short walks. Well served by public transportation. The apartment is well equipped with good kitchen tools. Communication with the owner was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

Antonietta, was very helpful messaging us before and during our stay. Arrangements to get into the apartment were easy and we were greeted and shown around by Signora Maria. The apartment is very comfortable, we were able to prepare food and cook. (A small sharp kitchen knife would be useful). The coffee was great and a selection of information was also available. The apartment is in a lively vibrant area with plenty of shops and cafes nearby. Public transport is also very good and we were able to get about easily. The arrangement of a taxi pickup by Antonietta was really appreciated. The review asks about a winery experience, we were not aware of this and so we tried to leave the star rating blank but the survey did not allow this hence the one star. Altogether without the winery question we would have given 5/5 for everything. Thank you Antonietta.

Cute apartment

The apartment is easy walking distance to the train and all the districts we wanted to see. The washing machine was nice to have. We didn’t use the kitchen at all but looked well equipped. Communication was great. Very accommodating with our arrival, as we were arriving as the Naples football championship was ending. The area is noisy at times. Having the window closed does help with the noise, I would recommend a white noise app or using the fan to drown out the noise. Occasionally you would here someone rev their bike down the street or singing in the middle of the night. We aren’t used to city noises any more so this took some getting use to. We enjoyed our time in Naples.

Had some better stays..

To start with the brighter side the location of the apartment is really good! However it is super noisy and twice some fights started in the middle of the night outside so we heard police cars rushing through the street... there is a fast food restaurant just around tge coner which seems to be working 24/7..so we had to sleep with the windows shut...if you are visiting Naples in summer then I am not sure how can you survive with windows closed as there is no AC inside...everything was pretty clean inside though again we were some dissapointed in lack or even broke things inside the apartment! We did not have a proper knife (I texted Antoinetta and she said it is for our own safety)... I mean really? Are we going to stab each other or something? The wine opener was broken, no bin bags, no dish decreaser, no paper towels so we had to buy all by ourselves! The iron board was burnt! I am so sorry the system does not allows me to upload the pictures because I have a proof! Antoinetta has not messaged me e en once to ask if something's missing ( why would she bother if she did not bring a proper knife!?) It seems like Antoinetta has not been in the apartment for a while to check if something is missing or not... it is not that you buy bin bags once and then this is it... you need to constantly check if something is needed in the apartment or not...things ger broken... If my family or friends are going to Naples I am sorry but I cannot recommend them to stay here...Antoinetta, you need to take a better care of tge apartment! Good luck!

I read your review and reply by thanking you for the accuracy. In fact, not all guests point out or highlight small items that do not work, such as a bottle opener, so they can escape during the normal control of the apartment, being placed in a drawer along with other cutlery. For the bread knife, as in the apartment there are 12 knives of brand "Kaimano" - known for the quality of the blades - I do not think it appropriate to also put a knife with a blade longer than 20 cm, often there are guests with small children . In the apartment there are 2 fans, one of which is on the ceiling: they are much quieter than air conditioning. The safety and comfort of the guests are very important for me. The neighborhood is frequented by university students and full of live music venues; this is clear from the description of the apartment in the site. Naples is a city to live: other destinations are certainly quieter and without hustle and bustle. Capturing the spirit of Naples is also "enjoying" this background music!

Die lage der Wohung direkt im historischen Zentrum war optimal, aber dementsprechend war die Lautstärke der Umgebung !!! Bis ca 3.00 nachts war ein Kommen und Gehen auf der Strasse und v.a. am Wochenende ein lautstarkes Feiern uch direkt unter dem nicht nutzbaren kleinen Balkon. Die Wohnung könnte man viel besser bewerten, wenn sie ruhiger wäre. Ich empfehle dringend den Einbau eines Schallschutzfensters , damit man normal schlafen kann !! Eine Klimaanlage ist ja vorhanden, sodass man die Fenster geschlossen lassen kann. Wegen der Lautstärke würde ich nicht mehr hierher kommen ! Schade !

This review is difficult: The appartment is very spacious and has 2 bathrooms, comfortable bed and all amenities (aside from the gas stove that could not be used as the fan did not work), this was a good appartment. The main point is location: one one side, located right center to the historical naples area. Easy to walk everywhere from there. Very convenient. On the other side, it was very noisy, with fiesta starting at 20:00 until 04h00 in the morning. For those that love partying in the street until the very early hours in the morning (that is actually what naples center might be best for) that is a perfect location. Not really a place for those that like a quiet place and/or have trouble sleeping with noises.

Au centre du centre historique

Un appartement très confortable et spacieux, bien équipé et près des lieux attractifs de la ville. Un peu bruyant la nuit en période de présence des étudiants, mais il faut bien que jeunesse se passe et quand elle est passée, on le regrette pour longtemps. Parfait !

Notre séjour à Naples était parfait dans l'appartement d'Antonietta. Il est facile à vivre (il ne manque rien) et très agréable au cœur de la ville historique (beaucoup de commerces à proximité). Nous avons pu visiter la ville à pied et nous avons mis moins d'une heure pour arriver sur le site antique de Pompei par le train. Merci encore pour cet accueil très chaleureux et personnalisé, si nous devons retourner à Naples ce sera certainement dans l'appartement d'Antonietta ! A presto ! Grégoire

per girare napoli a piedi è l'ideale!

per una famiglia di 4 persona si è rivelata la situazione ideale, consentendoci spazi vitali molto ampi, la casa è su due elevazioni anche se si tratta di un ambiente unico, ha un bagno per ogni piano, ambienti spaziosi e forniti di tutto ciò che serve in modo gradevole. La disponibilità della signora Antonietta è esemplare, dai suggerimenti vari agli orari "open" accordatici per il check-in e check-out che ci hanno consentito di sfruttare al massimo le giornate di arrivo e partenza. La posizione consente di muoversi a piedi per raggiungere gran parte delle attrazioni nonché il porto . lo stabile all'interno non è il massimo della modernità ma si è subito su una via molto larga e frequentata e anche la sera ci siamo mossi con grande tranquillità . Comfortable and great location

My husband and I stayed in this apartment for four nights at the end of September. We found it very comfortable and suited our needs. In the evening there was loud music coming from the street. It wasn't a problem if you closed the windows, but it was warm so we closed the balcony doors and left the top window open which helped block some of the noise. It was great to have the 2 good sized bathrooms and the washing machine was a bonus! The location was very good. We walked to the museum, the train station, the monastery, San Severo chapel , and Naples underground . We felt safe in this neighbourhood. Grocery store, coffee shops and restaurants are close by. I would recommend this clean and spacious apartment to anyone who wants to explore Naples and area. Antonietta was very good to respond to any questions we had quickly.

Bon séjour

Bon séjour appart propre aceuil sympa cartier proche du centre de Naples très bo n lit dommage pour le soir le bruit l dans la rue avec les jeunes jusqu'à tard dans la nuit obligé de Gerland fenêtre car pas de climatisation autrement rien à redire bon séjour napolitain merci antonietta Amoruso

I love my neighborhood because it is wealth of surprises: works of art everywhere;
bar and pizzerias on every corner of the streets, all tasty and cheap.
Nice people that transmits joy and happiness: it is a special area, at any hour there is always movement.

The house is furnished with modern Italian comfortable and beautiful style.
The LUBE kitchen is in high gloss pink Barbie colour; Natuzzi sofa is in white leather;
the bedroom has parquet floor.
The bathrooms, like Pompei style, is in porcelain POZZI GINORI and Trani marble.
The apartment accommodates an excellent up to 4 people, 5 being equipped with a baby cot.
The presence of two bathrooms makes guests comfortable in their time dedicated to the care of the person; one of these has bath and shower.
The apartment is equipped with all necessary accessories: hairdryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, TV, DVD player, radio, pots, plates, soundproofed windows, free Wi-Fi connection, toaster, kettle.
The price includes the costs of: change of bed linen and towels, energy, water, gas, taxes; cleaning by our own staff.
There is a garage 300 meters far from apartment conventioned with us.
The building has an elevator and concierge.
It is situated in the center; on foot, you can reach the most important monuments of Naples.
A few meters away, there are the stops of metro UNIVERSITA', linea 1; bus and funicular.
