A beautiful 2 bedroom duplex apartment in the Luxury Asfiya Retreat Development and one of 13 luxury properties. Benefıts from its great location which is only a 10 minute flat walk to Kalkan Harbour and the Old Town, and is also near the exclusive Likya Residence and Regency Hotels. This modern apartment has recently been the subject of a detailed refurbishment to very high standard of specification.

First Floor

Is an open plan lounge with with stylish leather sofa, coffee table, occasional table, TV unit, sound dock and LCD TV and free Wi-Fi, The fully fitted open plan modern kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, hob, and fridge freezer. The large balcony has a table and 6 chairs to enjoy alfresco dining. Next door on the left is the comfortably sized twin guest bedroom. There is also a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and built-in vanity unit.

Second Floor

Up along the stairway and the seconnd floor comprises of the large king sized bedroom, with en-suite shower room. This bedroom has double floor to ceiling glass patio doors that lead out onto a spacious roof terrace with fabulous sea and harbour views. The private terrace is furnished with a large Rattan corner settee unit, a large parasol and 2 sun-loungers to enjoy and bask in the Kalkan sun.

Outside

As part of the exclusive Asfiya Retreat complex, the apartment is only a few steps away from the large communal pool and terrace area, the pool is 1.5m deep throughout, and there are also sun loungers and umbrellas available.

Great host, easy to contact and always responded quickly. The apartment was amazing, location fabulous. Very close to supermarkets, shops and restaurants. A short level stroll to Kalkan centre. Lovely sea views and having two terraces was a bonus. We loved the master bedroom with a super king size bed and waking up in the morning with the rising sun was delightful. I highly recommend Kemal’s apartment for your next stay in Kalkan.

Amazing holiday in beautiful kalkan and this apartment was just perfect. Lovely place exactly as seen with beautiful pool and 10min walk to harbour. Kemal was so helpful giving us all the info we needed and quick to respond when messaged. Supermarket and coffee shop and bars very close by too if you don’t want to go into town. Would highly recommend.

Great apartment

Lovely clean well equipped and spacious apartment in a quiet location with parking adjacent to the property. 10 minutes walk into town. Really great communication with owner,easy check in process. Would recommend!

Perfect Place

We spent a lovely fortnight in this exceptional apartment. It was fully equipped and it met our needs. We have been to Kalkan five times and always enjoy the harbour and many restaurants. The buses to Kas and Patara made getting to these places easy.

Great location of this lovely clean duplex

Lovely spacious duplex for the two of us, spotlessly clean (thorough mid week clean by lovely team) Great location with easy walk into old town, walkable to Yali beach club no need for taxis, Migros 5 minutes walk for supplies. Had a few Wi-Fi issues which were quickly resolved. Pool area very clean and was peaceful. Would have welcomed a bottle of water in the fridge, we were parched on arrival after midnight meant a trip out in search of a bar/restaurant to buy water. Not a criticism of the owner, there is some bright light pollution into the bedroom from overhead street gantry, we hung beach towels over the glass balcony to minimise this. Overall a great stay with everything for our needs. Kalkan never fails to dissapoint.

Great location

The property was ok, the bedroom blinds were torn, but apparently they have ordered new ones. There was no dish cloth for washing the pots, so had to buy one. There were no bin bags the first week so had to buy some, after the midweek clean some did appear. Under the kitchen sink was smelly, the cleaners did address this.Sometimes its the small things that let a place down. We arrived late, so some Milk and water would have been nice. I did know it didnt do a welcome pack when i booked it. Kemal was very helpful, the location was good, just a little tired decor wise.

1st visit to kalkan.

The Zara apartment was exactly as described. Spacious, clean, well equipped & Comfortable. It's position in kalkan was perfect, quiet but 2 minutes walk to local restaurants and bars and 2 supermarkets. Which were fantastic for the self catering holiday. The pool and pool area were fantastic. Clean, spacious and very nice setting. Upstairs bedroom was wonderful, large and well equipped and the bedroom terrace was fantastic to have.. The kitchen had everything you would need for all occasions. Well stocked and lots of cutlery. The only thing we found lacking was a couple of smaller pans for cooking. But that's all. Everything was just great. Washing machine, dishwasher. Everything to make the self catering holiday run smoothly. The WiFi was a godsend and we didn't have mobile data connection in Turkey due to mobile data roaming restrictions. Kemal was great. Very nice man and happy to help with anything you needed. We would certainly consider the Zara apartment for another holiday if we were to return to kalkan. Thankyou Kemal.
