CAPITANA 8 Bedroom Villa with Direct Access to the Beach and Vast Garden

Villa Carla is an independent villa surrounded by the green of a vast garden with direct access to the beach of Capitana. The villa, which can host up to 15 people, has a spacious living room with chimney, a furnished kitchen, 8 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a laundry room and a large porch with barbeque. Distancing only 16 km from Cagliari and 25 km from Villasimius, the placement of the villa is ideal to reach the main destinations placed in southern Sardinia and to relax after a long day at the beach!


The villa is set a dozen meters from the beach which you can reach to enjoy sunrises and sunsets by just opening the gate faced to the sea. While you relax in the garden and in the patio between some barbeque food and a glass of wine, you will be wrapped by the sea breeze and by the Mediterranean bush.


The guests will have free access to the entire villa.


Guests can use all the electronic goods inside the house (oven, fridge, iron, dishwasher, washing machine etc.).
If weekly electricity costs are below 15 euros, electricity costs are free of charge. If weekly electricity costs are above 15 euros, the surplus will be paid by the guest (charge is on 0.30 euros per kilowatt). Help on how to read the electric meter will be given on arrival.
