Zibarts 'Folly ist eine wunderschöne Villa mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern in der obersten Etage der Charleston Oceanfront Villas am Folly Beach. Diese frisch renovierte Wohnung ist der perfekte Ort für einen erholsamen Strandurlaub.

Das Dekor und die Möbel sind gut aufeinander abgestimmt und in kühlen Strandfarben gehalten. Diese Villa verfügt über Fliesenböden, Teppiche im gesamten Gebäude, dekorative Akzente, klare Linien und eine ruhige Atmosphäre. Die Küche, der Essbereich und das Wohnzimmer teilen sich durch raumhohe Fenster einen 180-Grad-Meerblick. Glasschiebetüren bieten Zugang zu Ihrem möblierten privaten Balkon mit Blick auf den Atlantik. Das komfortable Wohnzimmer bietet ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten und einen großen Flachbild-TV mit Kabel- und DVD-Player. Zibart's Folly bietet auch WLAN. Der Esstisch bietet Platz für acht Personen und an der Theke Platz für drei Personen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl und Arbeitsplatten aus recyceltem Glas - ein perfekter Ort, um eine Mahlzeit für Ihre Familie oder Freunde zuzubereiten.

Das erste der vier Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten und teilt sich ein Badezimmer mit dem angrenzenden Queen-Schlafzimmer. Dieses Bad verfügt über eine Badewanne / Dusche und einen Doppelwaschtisch mit Granitoberflächen. Das dritte Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und ein eigenes angeschlossenes Badezimmer, ebenfalls mit einer Badewanne und einer Waschtischplatte aus recyceltem Glas. Das Hauptschlafzimmer bietet Meerblick, ideal, um Delfine vom Bett aus zu beobachten, und direkten Zugang zum Balkon. Das kürzlich renovierte Hauptbad verfügt über einen Waschtisch aus recyceltem Glas mit zwei Waschbecken und eine große ebenerdige Dusche.

Zibarts Torheit in den Charleston Oceanfront Villas blickt direkt auf das Meer und bietet einen Blick auf den Pier links und Kiawah rechts. In der Nähe des Aufzugs gelegen, ist es ein einfacher Weg zu einem der beiden Pools oder zum Strand. Die Pools sind jedes Jahr vom 1. April bis 31. Oktober geöffnet!

Die Charleston Oceanfront Villas sind eine private, flache Wohnung am Meer, nur 15 Minuten von der historischen Innenstadt von Charleston und nur wenige Schritte von den Geschäften und Restaurants von Folly Beach entfernt. Walkable to EVERYTHING in Folly, including a decent bar/restaurant across the street, Rita's and Bert's market.Condo has plenty of space, a large balcony & comfortable bedding. Excellent Location and Condo on the Beach

We loved this very spacious condo and perfect location. It was clean and located right on the ocean with amazing views. Everything was in order and spotless upon arrival making for a great start of a stress-free vacation. Would highly recommend for a family get away or get together with friends.

Good location,oceanfront, and close to shops and restaurants—but the stay was very disappointing.Safety and responsiveness were major concerns. We were repeatedly woken up by a fire alarm going off throughout the night/morning. In an unfamiliar place, it was stressful and frightening trying to gather my kids and prepare to evacuate, unsure if there was an actual emergency. Let management know, they didn’t respond to fix it, so we when into another sleepless night as the alarm went off again at 3am the following night, resulting in a second sleepless night. Despite multiple follow-ups, someone wasn’t sent to address the issue until 6pm the next day.In addition, the unit lacked amenities listed, no hair dryer in any of the 3 bathrooms, and overall maintenance and cleanliness were below expectations. The property felt outdated and poorly maintained: dusty surfaces, an improvised doorstop jammed into a shower head, debris on the flooring, and the older couches had a noticeable odor.While the location is great, the lack of maintenance, and especially the handling of a serious safety concern made this stay stressful rather than relaxing. It was also disappointing that management refused to offer any form of compensation after two sleepless nights caused by an unresolved issue.If you’re prioritizing location above all else, this may work for you. Otherwise, I would not recommend this property and any others managed by this property manager, Dunes Properties.

Thank you for the honest feedback. We sincerely apologize for the fire alarm disruptions, we understand how frightening that must have been, especially with children in an unfamiliar place. We're glad that we were able to send the fire department to the condo to inspect everything and give a green light of approval. After the initial report, maintenance replaced the 9-volt batteries, but the alarms unfortunately sounded again the following evening. In hindsight, we should have replaced all the units outright at that point rather than troubleshooting. We've since done exactly that and there have been no issues. We own that response time and the stress it caused. We also hear you regarding the hair dryer and the overall condition of the unit; those items have been flagged for our team. Zibart's Folly carries a 9.4 rating across 49 reviews, and we want every stay to reflect that standard, this one didn't, and we're sorry. We hope you'll consider giving us another opportunity along the Charleston coast.

The ocean views were spectacular and the balcony had plenty of room for our family of 6 adults and 2 children. The owners left a “Book of Answers” with excellent recommendations, thank you! We had a perfect vacation here.

Great ocean front

Spacious enough for 6 adults and 2 children (2 and 6yrs). Great bedrooms and really good size bathrooms. Literally steps from the beach. Balcony large enough for our whole family to be on at the same time. Can’t go wrong with this condo.

Mattress in master bedroom was like sleeping on an ironing board other than that everything was great.

We're sorry to see 2 stars for an otherwise great stay. Mattresses are an incredibly personal preference, and what works for one person may not work for another. We have not received any other feedback on this mattress before but will certainly take it under consideration if a new one is needed.
