16 Centeanes Fabulous Location Just Short Walk to the Beach

Ideally situated close to Centeanes beach and Rocha brava this villa is perfect for clients who do not wish to rely on a car. Several restaurants, the beach, bars and small supermarkets can be reached by foot. The villa offers 3 bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds and the third twin beds. All bedrooms benefit from air conditioning and plenty of wardrobe space. The house has electric shutters throughout.

The pool heating has a extra cost, if you whish to have it on its necessary to contact us.

The open plan lounge and dining area is spacious and light and has patio doors which lead to a covered exterior lounge area, the garden and pool. There is a fully fitted kitchen with door to the BBQ and external dining area. Surrounding the house is an attractive mature garden with palms, grass area for kids to play and fruit trees. The house is fully gated and there is space for several cars on the private driveway.

Overall, this is a great family villa in a fabulous location.

Lovely stay in this fabulous house

Lovely house, very clean and had everything we needed. Close to beach and many restaurants and has a wonderful pool. The outside furniture and some of the beds/mattresses could do with an update but couldn't fault anything else!

Alluring Algarve.

Beautiful spotlessly clean, well equipped and well maintained villa with charming grounds. Short walk to convenience stores, restaurants and beach; longer walk (hilly) or short drive to the charming small town of Carvoeiro. Spectacular cliff trails nearby for the adventurous.

Lovely villa, excellent location.

Excellent location, quiet and secluded feel, but short walk to bars, restaurants, shops and beach. 10 minute drive to local town that has everything you need. Inside villa is very clean and tidy with plenty of room for six adults. Patio furniture and BBQ area could be better, but these were minor niggles. Would recommend.

The location is great, with walking distance to the cliffs, a grocery store and some restaurants. We had a car which I highly recommend to explore the area. We hope to come back one day!

Overall the stay was excellent. The house is exactly as stated in the ad, it has all the necessary amenities for a good family holidays. Communication with the accommodation management was excellent, always available to help and answer questions. The level of cleanliness is also excellent, not only of the house itself but also of the towels. If there is availability we will book again in the future.

Beautifully proportioned villa, well equipped with everything we needed for our holiday with two children. The pool towels were an unexpected bonus as was the mid week towel change. This house is in the perfect location. Nice community, very close to the cliffs, 7 minutes to the beach, 30 minute stroll to town. Easy lifestyle. The house is nicely equipped. The property group was spot on, Anna the maid is a delight. Carvoeiro is a little gem. Great restaurants. Coastline is spectacular. Minor complaint: no pantry items other than s&p.

Spacious Villa and Excellent location.

Location is excellent close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Inside Villa is spacious and well equipped, with more than enough room for six adults. Cleanliness was excellent, every room was spotless. Being able to pick lemons and limes from trees in the garden was a bonus. Patio furniture was old and some was broken, cushions outside look old and dirty. BBQ looked great in the pictures, which was one reason we picked this villa, but could be a lot better. Much to small to cook for six people and a bit rusty. Sort these things out and villa would be perfect.
