MIETEN SAMSTAG BIS SAMSTAG IM JUNI, JULI, AUGUST UND SEPTEMBRE.

Haus gebaut im Jahr 1999 und im Jahr 2012 für 6 Personen mit großzügigen Terrassen und privatem Pool (Maße 9 x 4,30 - 1 mt Tiefe -1. 5 mt Tiefe - 2,00 mts Tiefe) reformiert. Frisches Wasser. Sehr ruhiger Ort. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern oder Ruhesuchende. Nur 4 km von Puerto Pollença, 5 km von der Cala San Vicente und 3 km von der Stadt Pollença entfernt. Es gibt einige Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besuchen. Im Norden gibt es eine schöne Stadt mit Stränden mit weißem Sand, die man besuchen und schwimmen kann. In Pollença ist ein Golfplatz 4 km und ein weiterer 12 km entfernt. Wenn Sie Wassersport bevorzugen, können Sie in Puerto Pollença eine Segelschule und Boote mieten. Es gibt auch Ausflüge zu den schönen Stränden und Buchten der Umgebung. Diese Touren werden empfohlen. Wenn Sie tauchen möchten, gibt es wenige Tauchzentren.
Sowohl Pollença Stadt, Puerto Pollensa als auch Cala San Vicente, es gibt sehr gute Restaurants, also frischen Fisch von de Bay oder gegrilltes Fleisch. Die Besitzer empfehlen gerne einige, wenn sie es wünschen. Die Besitzer sprechen Englisch (etwas).

Lovely rustic property in a quiet area but close to towns and supermarkets. It could do with a bit of a spruce up arguably but it did the job really well for us. The only thing I felt was missing was the option to heat the pool - I'm sure it's lovely and warm all summer but towards the end of October it was very cold (unsurprisingly)!

Lovely villa & location

Lovely villa, in a quiet location around 5 min drive from Puerto Pollensa. Villa had everything you need & pool was lovely & clean. Communication with the host was excellent and a couple of minor issues resolved quickly.

Fantastic villa with great host

The villa itself is fine, but the outdoors space is absolutely fantastic. A few mins drive from local supermarkets, Pollença and port de Pollença but in a very peaceful rural location. Really well maintained and Joan the owner is very communicative and helpful.

Great location

Fabulous property in quiet location within easy distance of both Pollensa and Porta Pollensa, with a Lidl within 5mins drive so options to eat out or stock the cupboards. Air con nice and quiet and efficient in the bedrooms and the pool and outside eating areas are fab - we will be back!

We had an amazing time in this beautiful villa! We found everything convenient and comfortable. Best to have a car, but then its easy to get to port polensa, polensa alcudia and port de alcudia. Beach, shopping, Groceries 5-15 min by car. The ovner was East to reach, effektive and very friendly!

Gorgeous villa in a quiet, tranquil setting. Highly recommend Joan as a host, very helpful.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and loved every second. The villa has so much space, is in a lovely quiet location and not overlooked at all. Joan was so helpful and made sure our stay was a pleasant one. We were sad to leave and I’m sure one day we’ll be back. A car is needed but the villa is perfectly situated close (but not too close) to the road linking Pollença and Puerto Pollença and near to supermarkets. Joan made sure we could contact him if we had any issues and he also recommended some lovely restaurants. The perfect host!

Great villa with beautiful pool and outdoor space

We had a great stay and didn’t want to leave. Perfect place for families as the children were very happy to spend lots of time playing in the pool whilst we relaxed in the beautiful outdoor areas. A car is a must but nothing is very far, 10 minutes to the beautiful town of Pollensa and 10 minutes to Puerto Pollensa if you want to go to the beach. Lidl is literally five minutes up the road too. Juan was very friendly and communication before and during our stay was great. The Sunday market at Pollensa, Wednesday market at Puerto Pollensa and the caves at Campanet were all amazing.

Great Holiday

Had a fantastic time at this peaceful but well located villa. Outside space and large pool a particular plus point. Villa was comfortable with all required amenities. Well situated for short drives to the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and the north of the island. Great selection of supermarkets a few kilometers away for provisions. Few mosquitoes but think that's to be expected and we had it worse than normal with the previous weeks heavy rain and storms. Bring spray.

Quiet place with all you need

Quiet and still close to the next city, beach and supermarket. Everything can be reached by car within 5 to 15 minutes. My family (child, parents and grandparents) enjoyed the wonderfull stay. The house does have enough space for parking and to always find a place in the shadow or sun. It even has a outdoor kitchen for grilling and a table tennis. The kitchen does have all the necessary utilities and there even is a dishwasher and a washing machine. The pool was has been cleaned at least twice during our one week stay. The landlord actively send us all the details for our stay before the trip.

Ca Na Polida - August 2023

Just returned from a weeks stay at Ca Na Polida. Lovely villa that sited our needs and budget. It was a particularly hot week, and most of the time we spent outside around the pool area. Perfect location for visits to Pollensa (Old Town) and the Port of Pollensa. Very peaceful. I'd say hire car essential. Nothing to complain about really, but the auto swimming pool lights were a bit hit and miss. One of the lights didn't work, and the one that did came on very late in the evening when we were all ready for bed. Thank you Juan

Peaceful stay in a great location

The villa is lovely with a nice pool, the perfect temperature. There were plenty of shady areas to relax by the pool under the fruit trees. The location is great - so beautiful and quiet but it is also easy to visit pollensa and port de pollensa (with a car). The beds were comfy and air conditioning in the bedrooms was effective. The fridge wasn't cold when we arrived but Joan advised us that he turns it off between stays and by the following day it was ok (it's a good idea to buy ice cubes for the first day). The showers weren't particularly powerful but they were ok, the outdoor shower was the best. The outside seating area and BBQ was really nice just bring mosquito repellent! On our last day the pool cleaners came early so we left before the check out time of 10 as we couldn't use the pool. The key safe was stuck when we checked out and we reported that to Joan. Joan was really helpful answering all our questions before and during the stay quickly.

Perfect holiday

This property is perfect for a family holiday, the location and house is beautiful, my husband and myself went with out two adult daughters and our two grandchildren aged 8 and 4 the pool was perfect as it had a shallow end, the house is very well equipped and comfortable, Joan the owner was on hand at the end of a phone and on the two occasions we needed him he was there within 30 mins and had everything sorted. The mosquitoes were our only real problem so come well prepared. We,v used Vrbo and ownersdirect for years now and this was the only villa where there was no welcome pack on arrival and as our flight was delayed we did,nt arrive at the villa till 9.30pm so had to do an emergency dash to Lidl,s with just 10 minutes before it closed. So milk bread butter and eggs would have been most welcome, but other than that it was a perfect holiday with wonderful memories made

When we rent a house and we have done this for many years now, we always look at the reviews. On VRBO, it is very beneficial that you can only give a review together with the owner, which usually takes care of any subjectivity. With that in mind, we were glad and confident that this house would meet our high expectations. However, we did not find our impressions aligned with the overwhelmingly positive reviews on the site. We do not want to go into details by writing a negative review, and instead of that we shared our disappointing impression with the owner himself. Wonderful stay at Ca Na Polida

My family had an excellent stay at Ca Na Polida. We were a party of 6 with my in laws, my wife and I and our two kids (4 & 2 years old). The pool and grounds were brilliant for the kids and the shaded areas meant we could spend most of our days outside comfortably. We used the BBQ most nights and loved the setting. Joan was a brilliant host who communicated with us very clearly and easily. He even had the pool re-cleaned for us after some rain which carried Saharan sand and made the pool a bit sandy. Location is excellent, but a car is definitely required. 5 minute drive to Pollença old town or 5 minutes in the opposite direction to Port de Pollença. I would also highly recommend Cala Sant Vicenç as it has possibly the best beach to which I’ve ever been. Kitchen was well equipped and certainly has everything we needed - the large fridge came in handy. Air con in the bedrooms worked well and kept us cool through the night, but overall the property managed the temperature well. Like all parts of Mallorca, do bring some bug spray as there will be mosquitos in the evening. All in all a wonderful stay and we hope to return.

I will rent this house since 2016 ( my first year ). The number License holiday stay of the house is the 219 (ETV).
My Name is Joan Campomar Cerdà.
I'm born in 1964 and i have a young daughter than born in 2006 . We have 2 more villas for rent. Ca'n bou petit, REF: 459081 ( for10 persons and 2 more persons opcional ) El reconet de n'Aina, REF: 448266 for 6 persons. All villas very good situated and quiets.
We rent this villas for more than 25 years ( can bou petit ) and more 15 years ( El reconet de n'Aina ), and we never have any trouble with our customers.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

Because is situated in the best area of the town. The villa is neally new, ( I lived there my past 15 years ) is very quiet and is very close to all sites.
We try always that our customers feel like at home, but without disturb them.

Das macht diese Unterkunft einzigartig

The villa is so close to the town, beach, bars, supermarkets,..... for that is not really necessary the car if you like for walk for 15 minutes. Anyway, i will recomended you rent a car also.
Also there are a good neighbors and there are not noice of cars or others. Is situated in a private way.
