Dieses schöne neue Haus am Haus ist derzeit für saisonale Vermietung. Es wurde gebaut, um die wunderschöne Aussicht auf den Südwestenhafen und die äußeren Inseln zu umarmen. Wake up jeden Morgen zu sensationellen Sonnenaufgänge und nehmen Sie Ihren Kaffee aus, um die Szene auf der verglasten in Second-Story-Deck zu genießen.
Sehen Sie sich die Gezeiten an und gehen Sie direkt von Ihrem komfortabel eingerichteten King Size Master-Schlafzimmer mit Flachbild-TV / DVD. Dieses Haus verfügt über zwei große Schlafzimmer, Doppel-Waschtisch Badezimmer und Waschküche im ersten Stock. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist ein sehr großes "Etagenbett" mit 3 doppelten Betten, Flachbild-TV / DVD und einem Xbox-Gaming-System. Der zweite Stock ist offen mit einer Balkendecke und 3 großen Deckenventilatoren, großen Fenstern mit Blick auf den Hafen und einem wunderschönen, verglasten Deck mit adirondack syle Stühlen. Die Monson-Schieferküche befindet sich ebenfalls im zweiten Stock und verfügt über einen Geschirrspüler. Ein halbes Bad ist auch auf der zweiten Etage für leckere Unterhaltung. Dieses Haus ist schön mit lokalen Maine-Produkten und sehr komfortablen Möbeln eingerichtet. Wir haben viele Bücher, Reiseleiter, Spiele und DVDs aufgenommen, um Ihren Aufenthalt angenehmer zu gestalten. Der Rasen ist schön und groß und geht bis zum Ozean mit großen Felsen, um zu sitzen und die Kommen und Gehen der lokalen Vögel und die maritimen Aspekte des Hafens zu beobachten. Es gibt auch eine gemeinsame Feuerstelle und Adirondack Stühle, die Shoreide zusammen mit einem Outdoor-Speisesaal und Gasgrill sind. Kajaks können von dieser Stelle bei Hochwasser gestartet werden.

Dieses spektakuläre Haus ist nur 5 Gehminuten zum Dorf SWH und alles was es zu bieten hat! Viele gute Restaurants, Fahrradladen, Eisdiele, Spezialitätenladen, Galerien, Geschäfte, Tennisplätze und Busbahnhof. Wir haben ausreichend Parkplätze und befinden sich neben dem Hafen von Great Harbor, wo Sie viele verschiedene Arten von Hafenrundfahrten buchen können. Wir sind auch in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Seawall, Bass Harbor Head Licht, Echo Lake und Somes Sound. Dies ist ein einzigartiges Haus und wird nur für eine begrenzte Zeit zur Verfügung stehen

A wonderful stay

The property and view are amazing. Exactly as listed and clean. I would still be there if I didn’t have to go back home. Words can’t describe how great waking up to harbor with the sunrise every morning actually is until you see it. Can’t thank the owner enough for providing such a great location.

Amazing Stay!

This is an awesome place to stay if visiting southwest harbor! It is out of the hustle and bustle of bar harbor, but only a short drive to hikes, Acadia, and the bar harbor town as well. PERFECT IN EVERY WAY!!!

The house was gorgeous!! It was very clean,decorated beautifully,and the amenities were over the top! It was supplied with everything you would need and more. Christie was very helpful with any of our needs. We absolutely loved this house !! The view of the bay with all the boats was amazing. We would definitely stay here again if we ever go north again. Charming Cottage - Anniversary Retreat

Acadia has so much to offer and this home brings just as much with the updated living, amazing sunrises from your bed, beach access, and more. Having town in walking distance was a great bonus to walk over for breakfast or later in the evening for drinks. Our host was great with easy communication and clear instructions for check in and out! The only improvement suggestion is a coat hanger or rack when you walk in the home :)

Great little-big cottage!

Loved the craftsmanship of the cottage and the views were beautiful. Very spacious and had everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen and huge bathroom would maybe add some towel rings for hand towels in main bath. Loved Southwest Harbor and location was walkable to downtown and many restaurants. 20ish min drive to Acadia and Bar Harbor. Christie was awesome and even got lobster cooked to delivered to our place. Thanks for the stay in your beautiful cottage would love to come back!

The Lupine Cottage was lovely, right on the water, and in a fabulous location. The quiet side of Mount Desert Island is fantastic, particularly Southwest Harbor. We would definitely stay again!

A wonderful stay

Our family absolutely enjoyed our stay in this house while visiting Acadia National Park! It is very updated, very clean and super well stocked. The weather was not ideal during our stay, but we still enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the harbor in the rain and fog, very relaxing. Very close to the village of SWH, a grocery store and a few nice restaurants. Communication with the host was quick and smooth. Highly recommend.

WHAT A GEM!

We had an excellent vacation in this quiet and relaxing VRBO! The view from the master bedroom is fabulous and from the upper deck as well! The owner is easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything necessary for our stay! It has all the comforts of home and such unique and beautiful accessories throughout the entire house. It’s tucked back from all the hustle and bustle of Bar Harbor. We highly recommend this rental and hope to return one day soon!!

Another great stay!

This is our 4th year staying at this property in Southwest Harbor and as always, it was clean, comfortable and a great home away from home on vacation. Christie really keeps the house and amenities nicely updated, and this year we especially enjoyed the fire pit and the grilling area. The view from the house is amazing, and the walkable location to downtown is so convenient. This year, we also had friends stay at the cottage on the property and everyone had a great time. 5 stars are not enough for this property!

Magical Family Adventure

We had such a magical vacation with our 5 year old. The house is located in a great spot. Walkable to some restaurants, bakery and shops. And close to Wonderland and Ships Harbor which are so fun to explore with kids. Close enough to bar harbor and Acadia carriage roads to make a morning or afternoon adventure. We had fun going to Beech Hill Farm and grabbing some produce for dinner on the deck with view of the harbor. The House has a rocky beach out front which was fun to explore at low tide. Overall this was the perfect family vacation. The house is very well equipped, clean and communication with the host was very helpful and responsive. Hope to come back next summer!

Dessert Island and Acadia National Park. We are local business owners and offer seven properties adjacent to our marina right here in the village of SWH. Just give me a shout, I'm always happy to find the best housing and offer suggestions for activities!

This house is super cool! It's a bit of an upside down house, the kitchen and living areas are upstairs in order to better optimize the fabulous views including a glassed in deck. The house offers two large, comfortable bedrooms... one master overlooking the harbor with a king-sized bed and a bunk room in the back with three double size beds for the rest of the group. This house is our made in Maine house with local woods and slate kitchen. Very bright and fresh for those preferring open concept homes.
