With respect to the cleaning, I hired 2 professional cleaners that work 6-8 hours cleaning every single surface down to the light bulbs, switches, doors, hand rails, all bedding, and even changing the HVAC filter weekly. Spacious Property - Great Location

My friends and I stayed at Liz’s property for a week and it was wonderful. The house is spacious and clean, and a walking distance from Commercial Street. From the time I booked to when I received my keys, Liz was very responsive over email and answered all my questions. I highly recommend staying here.

Great property in Ptown

Perfect place in town

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Liz's place. As stated in the description, it's very large and easily accommodated our group of five. I especially enjoyed the large master bedroom and deck, and my adult kids really liked playing ping pong in the basement. We've stayed in many places in Provincetown over the past 20+ years, and this is easily one of the best. We will be back!

Wonderful Condo complex and owner

We are long time renters of many places throughout Provincetown. This was the first stay at this condo complex and Liz’s condo is wonderful! Clean, quiet condo complex, check-in was easy, and she doesn’t ask too much of renters upon leaving. The layout is open, airy, and comfortable for our family of four adults and two kids. Will definitely stay again.

Week in Provincetown

The property was great in all aspects...the location was 10 minute walk to Commercial Street. Rented bikes from Bike Shack ( property owners shop ) also which was walking distance. The property offered lots of space and privacy for all of us being it was three floors.

Perfect spot in ptown

I have been going to ptown every year since 2012 and can honestly say Liz's property gave us everything we needed and more. There was ample space (barely used the basement but nice to have), and all the amenities you'd expect, including GREAT AC which is a must have for me on during the peak summer months. 5 minute walk to the grocery store, and just a few more minutes to the heart of Commercial Street.

Great Location, space, and AC!

This is my 2nd year staying at Liz's townhouse, and we had a great experience again this year. Great location off the beaten path thats close to the grocery store, and theres a shortcut to commercial though the public parking lot. There was 6 of us, so we all had our own space and did not feel on top of each other. The AC is also amazing. I have stayed at a lot of places over the years in Ptown that have window units that are rarely sufficient for the entire house. I put a premium on good central AC, especially in the peak of summer. Liz's place checks that box very nicely.

Tx William No one ever commented on the ac. Glad you enjoyed it. The heat is pretty good too. LOL. I do what I can to make the vacation as pleasant as possible. I do have an advantage over many places because the unit is 3 stories with a finished basement and each floor is 24x24 feet. Plenty of room for everyone. And I make improvements every year. Peaceful & Away from the Craziness of Commercial St.

Liz was nice, and it's easy to pickup and drop off the keys at her bike shack. She had 6 keys for our group, which is unheard of! But very convenient so we can all do our own thing without getting locked out. The house was clean, well maintained. Only has small TVs but with a full package of cable services. But who goes to ptown to watch TV anyways? We were glad to have the washer/dryer in the basement. The rate was a great value for August.

Huge place! Owner is great and extremely helpful.

I recommend this to parties of up to 6 people. It’s a 10 minute walk to downtown and an easy bike ride to Race Point. The top bedroom has a beautiful deck with an expansive view of town and Cape Cod Bay. You could see all the way to Plymouth! I highly suggest this place. Perfect home away from home spot. I know you will all enjoy it as the owner promised!

Relaxing and totally peaceful

I've rented from Liz before, she is an excellent Manager/owner. Will definitely rent from her again.

Terrific Stay!

Great stay - a short 5-minute bike ride to Bradford Street & center of town. Well-appointed 3BR condo, super clean, good comfortable furnishings. Two of the three of us were working (remotely) while there, and there was plenty of space for us to do so.

Provincetown Getaway

This is a beautiful property that was spotless when we arrived. Very close proximity to Commercial Street and the Pilgrim Monument. The grocery store was very close as well. The living area was spacious. The bedrooms were very large. The 2nd floor bedrooms would benefit from a bit more light. Liz was an excellent hostess and extremely responsive to all of our needs.

Thanks for your review Cathy. I think is almost humorous but I recently decreased the lighting because people wanted less light. We are going thru a lot cleaning and appreciate your enjoying the cleanliness. Last ly you were a great vacationer. It was a pleasure to answer your questions.

Great location

The condo was super clean and all things were as stated online. Once we found the shortcut through the parking lot into town it made it much easier to get around, Shank Painter can be a busy road!

I am very accessible. You can reach me at The Bike Shack 365 days a year 24 hours a day. In the pic, I am in the one in the gray sweatshirt with a long time friend who pulled a surprise visit last fall. Hadn't seen her in way too many years. I own the Bike Shack, a family business. In she walked to see me after 38 years. Living here has been my dream. We rent great well maintained bikes at the lowest rates in town. We all work hard to make bike riding in Ptown a great experience. I grew up in NYC and came to the Cape every Labor Day weekend when I was a kid. I love watching people enjoy the town. There is so much to do and many hidden jewels that are very discoverable. The minute you walk out your door it happens. Have a great summer.

I am very accessible and can be reached 24 hrs a day 365 days a year. I have owned this townhouse since 2002. I fell in love with the space right away. Perfect for a growing family and families nowadays have a whole different look. I make improvements every year and I have a lot of the same people coming year after year. I love taking care of the space and while I get it ready for the season I think about the people that are renting and can feel how they will feel when they walk in. The space is so comfy whether you are sitting in the living room, taking a nap in the bedroom or sitting around enjoying a cup of coffee. If you don't feel like going to Herring Cove you can drive to the West End and enjoy a beautiful neighborhood beach that is next to Captain Jack's Wharf. Come spend whatever time you are able to manage and I guaranty you will come back.

Large, Large Large.....finished basement with ping pong table. Play as you wait for others to get ready or do laundry when you are bored. Views are gorgeous, cooking and dining is ridiculously roomy. Rooms are large and there are 3 bathrooms with showers so it is easy to get out the door for dinner reservations. There's a deck on the third floor to sit and enjoy the view and light sunny wind. Or you can sit on the quiet patio and enoy watching some town wild life. I am right down the road on Shank Painter at The Bike Shack. You can reach me 24 hrs a day 365 days a week.
