Unser Haus ist sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Dies ist ein maßgefertigtes Haus und befindet sich hinter einem privaten elektrischen Tor. Dekoriert für Komfort und Stil, mit offenem Grundriss und wunderschönem geräumigem Interieur.
Es ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß von all dem Geschehen auf dem berühmten Ventura Blvd entfernt, mitten im Dorf, wo es viele großartige Restaurants, Geschäfte, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Starbucks, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Kino und In & Out Burger und mehr gibt! Zentral gelegen und nur wenige Minuten von allem entfernt! ... Universal Studios, Hollywood, Strand von Santa Monica, Strand von Malibu, T. V. & Filmindustrie, Beverly Hills, Rodeo Drive, Getty Museum, Griffith Park Observatory, L. A. Zoo, Disneyland, UCLA Campus & Hospital, Promi-Tour Busfahrten, Wandern, schneller Autobahnzugang für Reisen. Alle Schlafzimmer haben ein t. v und der Hauptfamilienraum hat einen 65 "4K t. v einschließlich einiger Kabelkanäle. Haus hat Wi-Fi. Die Bäder sind mit dem Nötigsten und luxuriösen Handtüchern ausgestattet. Alle Betten (3 Full & 2 King) sind sehr komfortabel und alle Bettwäsche und Bettwäsche sind erst vor kurzem gekauft. Dieses Familienviertel ist ruhig und sicher. Der Eigentümer wohnt und verwaltet das Eigentum vom "separaten" Gästehaus. Getrennt mit einem 6 'hohen Sichtschutzzaun und Ihrer entspannenden "privaten Terrasse". Eventuelle Fragen oder Probleme können sofort beantwortet werden. Ihr Komfort und Ihre Privatsphäre sind uns wichtig.

Fantastic Home for a Family Getaway!

My family came to LA for Thanksgiving, and this was a perfect place to stay. The beautifully decorated house was fantastic inside and out. The house had everything one could ask for to host a family gathering. The owners went above and beyond making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Fabulous home, host and neighborhood

The property is well maintained. We were welcomed with a wonderful smile. The operation of how everything works was on point. There's even a booklet to explain things if you forget. The hostess and host are warm, inviting and offered suggestions to help us avoid traffic. The beds are so comfortable, we had plenty of space to gather and enjoy each other. The kitchen is spacious. The lounging areas provided ample space for our group. Anyone choosing to stay here will definately enjoy the home and all it has to offer. We found so many places to eat and shop that were very close to the home. I have to say that Paulina was the perfect hostess and we will be back again!!

Great for families/convenient location

I stayed at this property with my wife, 3 year old, 1 year old and nanny. It was very clean and had plenty of space for all of us. The second floor master is very spacious and has a nice big bathroom. Hosts were great, gave us a welcome gift and advice about the area. Very conveniently located being within 1 mile of two major highways. I highly recommend for a family vacation in LA.

Perfect!

Paulina & Chris are wonderful hosts. The house is beautiful. The bedrooms are spread out for privacy yet close enough if you have kids to monitor. Everything was spotless and there were even some snacks and drinks for us! Universal is about a 15 minute drive; stores and restaurants are a few minute walk from the house. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay again.

Fabulous House!

I stayed at this house for three nights last weekend with visiting family from Europe. We all loved the house and location. It was spotlessly clean. Having three bathrooms was great and the outdoor space was amazing. The beds were very comfortable and the linens and sheets top notch. Off street parking was a definite plus. Paulina and Chris were wonderful and so accommodating. It felt like we were staying with friends. I will definitely be back!

Spring Break

This property is wonderful and perfect for families, or those traveling in large groups. The house has super comfy beds, the kitchen is well stocked w/ any kitchen item you might need, the furniture in the common areas is comfortable as well. The location is perfect. The neighborhood is great for walking, lots of shops and restaurants to check out just down the street and close to pretty much anything you'd want to do in the LA area. From check-in to check-out, the hosts were amazing. Accessible and responsive, but not intrusive at all. We loved staying here and hope to stay here again!
