The Hoburne site is huge and glad this caravan had a view to the sea and not crowded in. The site has all essential facilities however if you are poor at walking you do need a car to get around. The site is on a cliff top so access to beach is steep in places. Cannot fault the caravan with all modern equipment, well decorated and clean
