B&B Joy Home - Camera 2

Camera 2 is a bed&breakfast four-bed room that accommodates up to 4 guests. It`s in Joy Home B&B and Apartments in Maruggio, 2.5 kilometers away from the beaches of Campomarino. Camera 1 has a private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, internet, tv and fridge.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a pull-out sofa bed,
for up to 4 guests. Camera 2 is on the first floor of the holiday
complex Joy Home, reachable with the staircase outside. At the back of
the complex, there is the swimming pool.

The B&B area of Joy Home complex in Maruggio, is on the first floor, but it shares with the other units the swimming pool at the back.

Maruggio is small, but with it has various shops.
The sandy beaches and the crystal clear sea of Campomarino are 2.5 kilometers away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 1pm to 11pm) and check-out (from 5am to 11am). 
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Tidying up of accommodation with change of bed linen, each 2 days
- Breakfast included from 08:00 to 10:00.
- Shared Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 100 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
