Hi Brienne NO GAS DUE TO HURRICANE DAMAGE AND OUTAGE Thanks for the review, As you are aware the area was hit by Hurricane Nicole which caused a lot of damage and unfortunately caused an outage to Gas due to Hurricane. The Management company were in constant communication with yourself and the Gas company who advised them when the gas would be back on after checking gas leaks etc caused by the Hurricane. The Gas company were advising the management company of the ETA for gas to be back on but unfortunately it took a couple of days longer, every-time they were given information they then passed this information onto you. Unfortunately no one knew the gas was off until you contacted the management company and they got straight onto them to be advised what had happened and the outage caused by the Hurricane. Due to this the management company moved you to a house that was unaffected by any Hurricane damage and also gave you a gift card for the inconvenience caused by the Hurricane. Unfortunately a natural disaster is beyond the control of the management company, both them and myself were contacting the gas company but we have no control over them and they would not turn the gas back on to the affected areas until it was safe to do so and was a couple of days later than they had hoped. Safety is the most important thing and you can’t mess with gas and until the Gas company fixed the outage there was nothing the management company could do more than they did. This is why once they knew it was still going to be a few more days they moved you to another property. Once again we apologise for the Hurricane and the damage it caused.

Hi Kelly Thanks for the review, we always send out the new code 24 hours before arrival We are sorry the air con upstairs stopped working but was fixed as soon as the Air con company could and they did. The issue was it had tripped for some reason i have asked the management company why the Electric went off and she advised it was something to do with the electric company and they fixed asap. We don’t advertise that the home comes with use of the water park etc once again we apologise for the electric going off but it was beyond the management companies control and the air con was fixed as soon as possible Thanks

Hi Melissa Thanks for your comments and I have spoken to the management company on the points that you have raised. The code was sent to you 24 hours before you arrived by myself via email as normal and without the code you wouldn’t of been able to get in the house. So not sure on that. We have loads of spare towels in the house but before you arrive management company put 2 in each bathroom but then loads of extras in the house. All the remote controls are in the house and in each room for each TV, the management company advised all lights were working. All the televisions work and all the blinds work and once closed give full privacy. We don’t have a hot tub it’s a spa attached to the pool and I asked if you required pool heating before your arrival and you declined pool heating. I am sorry that you thought it was a hot tub but I don’t list anywhere that we have a hot tub as we don’t. The games room has 4 gaming machines, pool table, table football so not sure why that was a let down. The management company confirmed the water was not shut off for non payment as they pay all the utilities every month and on time and no utilities have ever been disconnected and never would be. I am truly sorry over the booking mixup this was IPG who accidentally put a booking in by mistake but rectified it straight away and contacted guests with new property details but for some reason they still went to the wrong property this was a total error by IPG and they have sorted there booking system so this can not happen again they have said it’s first time in 30 years it has happened. The code is changed after every booking and new code put in the key pad. I have spoken to the management company and they will review things in the future. We are so sorry about the mix up and the management company apologised directly to you I also apologise for this Thanks

Hi Christen Thank you for the review, The management company have checked the foosball and Pool table and they are all ok so not sure what happened there. We do advise guests we dont supply games for the playstations as you can rent them, use the downloads or bring your own games. We do have more towels and hand towls in the house normally above the tumble dryer but will check with management company, You get the codes for community pools from reception at the resort as they change them all the time. Unfortunately these were the worst guests i have ever encountered in 20 years of owning properties. They were very rude to the management company, when they were advised that they could not put padlocks on the gates, they became very rude. They were looking for a discount and advised they would leave a bad review if we didnt give them a discount
