The unit was as advertised -- nice space, big windows, clean, well located in La Latina district. The price was good. There's a laundry with four good washers and two good dryers and they are seldom used. However, the entry instructions were confusing; a support person we were referred to did not speak English (which had been our language of all communication with the manager); and the entry app did not work well for a long time even though we had cell service. They should tell you to download the app before you arrive. And the instructions on which unit was ours were unclear, so that even the cleaning staff who clean the units and were on site in the building when we arrived directed us to the wrong unit.More important, although the building is on a seemingly quiet street (Calle Aguila), the street is VERY noisy from traffic at night as well as from the noise on a nearby major traffic route Gran Via San Francisco -- absolutely constant trucks and motorcycles, and garbage trucks noisly emptying bins twice a night every single night. Also, the profile of renters in the building is very young and they partied on their adjacent balconies and on the street every single night till as late as 3pm. The endless chattering and yelling was maddening. We had terrible sleeps every night. The units are nice, but make sure you insist on an inside unit with no windows on the street.
